Jun 01,2022Mi experiencia ha sido de 10! Me hice una rinoplastia con ellos y todo perfecto desde el día que me recogieron los conductores, cirujano, traductores, enfermeras, hospital, hotel... Así como el comercial con quien estuve hablando y preguntando durante 3 meses previos a mi cita. Solo puedo decir GRACIAS y nunca será suficiente. Repetiría con ellos sin dudarlo.

May 25,2022I came to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty and would definitely recommend. I went alone which I was abit worried about, but there was no need to be. I had someone there every step of the way. The nurse visited on a daily basis and was there whenever I needed her. I also had a lovely lady that was my point of call and even went out of her way to take me out for the day to explore the sights when I felt better. I was very happy with my surgeon and the final shape of my nose. Overall I would definitely recommend MCAN for any surgery. Hopefully be back soon for more surgery

May 12,2022It’s been 3 months since my hair transplant procedure and 10% have grown back already! The next 3 months should be good progress! I travelled from the UK to have my transplant at MCANN from a recommendation from a family member who has been previously, the driver collected me from the airport, very friendly! His English was good enough for us to have a laugh on the way to the hotel which was calming. I stayed at the Troya hotel during my stay, the hotel was okay but when I return for the additional procedure I will upgrade I think. Although there is an amazing Thai restaurant next door! On the day of my procedures driver collected me and took me to the clinic where I was greeted by the very nice staff at MCANN, they discussed my procedure with me and got me setup for the day. I do have to return for an additional procedure which I wasn’t aware of but there’s only so much you can do from photos! I had 4000 graft hair transplant and the procedure went well, I listened to music on my headphones which helped pass the time. It would be nice to maybe have the option to watch a film like in similar clinics but the clinic staff where very nice throughout and time passed well with my music on. Once the procedure was complete I returned to my hotel where they told me to rest. The next day arrived where I returned for the first wash and the strict after care plan where they gave me shampoo/lotion and answered any questions I had. Not to worry if you forget to ask any as Elif has answered many of my questions over whats app after returning home. She has been amazing post procedure and has replied extremely fast to any of my queries. Overall the experience to MCANN was professional, friendly and hopefully effective! (The waiting game is long but trust the process!) I will 100% be returning for future procedures, I highly recommend them for any of your cosmetic needs.

Apr 30,2022I was recommended by a friend to MCAN Health with a WhatsApp number to get a quote on surgery. I was unsure at first because it’s scary booking over text but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I arrived in turkey and was looked after as soon as I arrived at the airport I was drove around to blood tests, check ups, hotels and always had support when I needed. A special shout out to my surgeon Dr Dogan Alhan who did my ear pinning, chin rasping and breast implants all in one surgery with fantastic results immediately. I spent 2 nights in hospital the nurses were available to me 24 hours a day with medication and support with anything. After day 5 I’m so impressed with it all and can’t believe how my breast look compared to when I had used a UK surgeon. In the UK I was forced out the Transform hospital in Harleys Street than I could imagine. I am really happy I made the decision to go and have my insecurities changed, I will recommend MCAN health to anyone considering surgery. My patient assistant Zehra was absolutely fantastic, she helped me through the nerves and dealt with everything for me. She acted as a good friend to me, visited my hotel daily to check up and said goodbye. She is very good at her job and I am grateful to have met her! Thank you Zehra.

Apr 26,2022I was really nervous about getting surgery but felt immediately better once I arrived and met my nurses and patient coordinator. Everyone was lovely and very attentive. They took good care of me before the surgery and after. My surgery went well and I am happy with the results. I would recommend mccan to anyone considering surgery in Turkey. Thanks for everything!

Apr 26,2022I really enjoyed my time with MCAN as much as I could. It was great to have so many team members looking after me and helping me out. Zehra was always very clear and concise with me. She came to help me everyday and she always had a smile on her face. It was always nice to see her. Even now after more than two weeks after my surgery I can still contact her if I have any questions

Apr 26,2022I had a tummy tuck and breast lift which I initially booked in 2020. However, due to the various Covid restrictions and two failed attempts to travel, I finally had my procedures in April 2022. Throughout that time MCAN were very understanding and helped me rebook my surgery dates. On arrival in Istanbul I was met by a member of the MCAN Team at the airport. Receiving a photo of who was going to meet me at the airport was very reassuring. The next day I was picked up and driven to the hospital where the surgery would take place and was greeted by MCAN’s In House Nurse, Zehra Yılmaz. Zehra took care of all necessary requirements to book me into the hospital swiftly, explained what would happen during my stay and explained the paperwork I was required to sign. The hospital staff were very helpful and attentive - great care was taken. My surgery was performed my Dr Habib who was the surgeon assigned to me by MCAN. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery. I received a visit from Dr Habib on both days I was in hospital and again on day 8 - the day before I left Turkey. For the remaining 8 days after my surgery I stayed at the Ibis Styles - Bomanti which was arranged by MCAN. I was visited by Zehra everyday where she checked my incisions to ensure all was well. A special thanks goes out to Zehra for her patience and professionalism. Overall, I had a very good experience with MCAN and will be using them again in the future. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family.

Apr 25,2022I had a great experience with MCAN Health. From being picked up by the driver at the airport to the surgery itself. I had a gastric sleeve and I'm now two weeks post op and doing really well and losing weight. The surgeon was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough and had plenty of knowledge. He was able to answer all of my questions. My MCAN Nurses were brilliant. They were so friendly and also knowledgeable. My whole experience was amazing and I would recommend MCAN Health to anyone!

Apr 23,2022Recomiendo la clínica, me realice aumento de pecho, liposucción y glúteos y estoy encantada el personal en general un amor , tengo un mes solo y estoy perfecta me estoy recuperando y no me duele nada desde el primer dia de la operación recomiendo Dr. Polat es buenísimo , todas mis dudas nunca me dejaron de responder. 100% sin duda. Le doy las gracias todo el personal de Mcan y las enfermera del hospital

From day 1 , when i decided i should go with the liposuction and tummy tuck, the consultant was with me online, explaining me what is the itinerary, the reasons why i should 4 areas of liposuctoin, all the costs involved. Once arrived in Istanbul, all the staff, drivers with the transfers, nurses inside the clinic and nurses taking care of me after the discharge , visiting me at the hotel were amazing, great customer service. Although, i am still recovering, very good results were visible right after the surgery. I am still receiving support with any concern i have regarding the recovery, after i arrived back home. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Apr 18,2022I completed the on line survey and happy to do that. You guys have been terrific the whole way through. The security being met at the airport and making sure I get checked in to the hotel and the reliability of being picked up on time was important to me. The liaison support are super attentive and answered all my questions timeously in a friendly and professional manner. Of course the main reason for attending MCAN clinic was the procedure and I have to say it was so professional the whole way through and I am delighted with the outcome. I would have no hesitation recommending MCAN to anybody for anything really as I don't think I just got lucky. The impression I have is an attentive organisation that puts the needs of the patient first and is focused on positive outcomes. If I had any reservations it would be the application of the anaesthetic. I wonder if there is any merit in considering an anaesthetic for the anaesthetic as that aspect is challenging I have to say. If in the future I require any other procedure I would not hesitate to retain MCAN as my No1 go to provider. My residual impression was of genuine friends doing their very best for me and I'm grateful for their professional attention. The other thing about MCAN although it is a substantial organisation it is not so big it becomes faceless. Therefore the personal touch is very much there and they create an atmosphere where patients feel relaxed and reassured. Thank you so much for all you have done for me my words struggle to do you justice.

Jun 01,2022Me realicé una manga gástrica en julio de 2020 en Mc Health y hace 2 semanas regresé para hacerme mastopexia con implantes. Sin lugar a dudas fue la mejor opción. Es un equipo increíble, pasando por asesores, intérpretes, conductores, enfermeras, equipo médico... Un trato muy cercano, resolviendo dudas en cualquier momento y dándote esa tranquilidad y seguridad que necesitas. Si tuviera que repetir sería con McHealth. Sois TOD@S estupend@s
