Apr 07,2022If I could give more than 5 stars I would. MCAN Istanbul was amazing from fitting me in last minute to getting surgery to getting back home to the uk. All the staff from The Dr, nurses, drivers was so helpful kind and made me feel so at ease. I would highly recommend MCAN to anyone who wants to go to turkey for surgery. Apr 06,2022Al principio estaba muy asustada porque era una operación muy importante para mi, pero tanto el cirujano como las enfermeras me transmitieron mucha calma, las cuidadoras del hospital son una maravilla y muy pacientes, el cirujano es muy profesional. Siempre han estado pendientes de mí preguntando como me sentía, y me vieron tantas veces como quise, muy limpio y todo muy coordinado

Apr 06,2022The best team I could of went with. I had liposuction on stomach and back and I’m one week post opp. The results are insane!! The team was AMAZING from start to finish!!!! I can’t recommend mcan enough!! The hospital/staff/surgeon are amazing. Always there when you need them. If your thinking to book with mcan choose them! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Apr 05,2022I was there for 10 days and had my stomach tightened, plus liposuction on my arms, back and legs. Already the pickup from the airport was perfect the check in at the hotel was easy and everyone was very friendly. The doctor was competent and I was well informed. The nurses were very helpful. The hospital was well equipped and the food was delicious. The nurse I was given by MCAN (Deniz) was great and always there for me. She visited me every day in the hotel and supported me so that I did not feel alone. The hotel was nice and the staff also here totally helpful

Apr 04,2022Me hice una intervención en marzo 2021 de manga gástrica,estuve informada y apoyada en todo momento antes,durante y después de la intervención.Un año después en marzo 2022 he realizado otra intervención con ellos de mastopexia.Un equipo genial,desde el primer contacto comercial,pasando por traductoras,chófer y por supuesto equipo médico.Te resuelven todas las dudas antes y las que te surgen después de la intervención,en todo momento mantienen el contacto para cualquier duda que tengas.100% recomendable.Gracias a todos equipazo!!

Apr 02,2022I had such a great experience with mcan. From pick up at the airport till the end. The service was honestly outstanding. The drivers, the girls, the nurses. They were always there for me and anything I needed they would do whatever they could. I was really happy with my surgeon and the work he did. I want to go back just because of the service. Was an experience I will never forget. Thank you Mcan.

Mar 31,2022Con respecto al doctor es muy profesional y las enfermeras que te atiende los días que están en el hospital son maravillosas y muy eficientes, pero aquí acaba la felicidad, el servicio post-venta es muy malo, antes de operarme tenía mucha información y atención, después de la operación se acabó; de hecho aún estoy esperando que me envíen los informes con los datos de mi operación, que se supone te envían tan pronto sales del hospital y ya hace semana y media de eso.Luego la faja que tenía era 3 tallas más grande por lo que tuve que pagar por otra que tardó 2 días en llegar y que al final tmb me quedaba grande y así una tercera (no me la cobraron). La persona de contacto no tuvo el detalle de enviar un mensaje para saber como me sentia despues de la operación. Las enfermeras del hospital y sus cuidados una maravilla, las de visitas al hotel otra cosa, tuve un problema el domingo con mi drenaje y no tuve respuestas de ellas hasta el día siguiente y la otra ni tan solo respondió. No es verdad que estan contigo 24 horas, por suerte yo fui acompañada y no tuve ninguna complicación grave. El hotel es modesto, pero está muy bien y bien situado, el personal muy amable. Para cobrar las cosas son muy eficientes, pero para solucionar problemas no. El post operatorio es tan importante como la operación y en eso fallan terriblemente. Por eso y más detalles no veo probable que los recomiende a mis amigas.

Mar 25,2022My experience with Mcan was above and beyond. Everything was prepared and arranged before my arrival to Istanbul. The booklet was very clear and it got all the details for the people who is going to take care of me from my case manager to my nurses. My case manager was tentative to details and instant in getting back to me with my Qs. The nurse visited me everyday after my surgery and was super helpful in her advice. I am very grateful to everyone in Mcan, they made the operation easy in a country that is not mine. Well done Mcan Team. You were super heroes

Mar 24,2022Amazing service from start to finish. From the first message I sent I had total satisfaction and my nerves put at ease. Once over in Turkey we were met by the driver who was fantastic. Once taken into the hospital, we met with the surgeon who explained what was going to happen. The overall experience was just amazing. Lovely people who still continue to contact us back home to make sure we are ok. This is what makes it all worthwhile being able to enjoy the experience without the costs being so high compared to the uk Wouldn’t hesitate in going back for any other treatments Thank you all

Mar 16,2022First time experience with Mcan Health. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. From airport transfers, consultation appointments and hotel visits, i couldn't fault them. They still keep in touch after you leave Turkey which is reassuring. Although the Gyno surgery result wasnt entirely as expected, Dr Omer did the best he could given my health complications which i'm grateful for. I didnt get everyones name but want to thank Ana, Deniz, Ayse, Dr Omer, the driver and Mcan as a whole for their help

Mar 14,2022For 9 years I suffer from too large breasts. I have always known neck, back and shoulder complaints. In the Netherlands it was difficult to have a breast reduction because I had a too high BMI. I weighed 90 kg and am 1.65 m. I had to look for another solution to have surgery anyway. also because I am getting married in May 2022. I came across a lot on google, including MCAN. First searched through social media channels. I couldn't find much on facebook and on instagram I read bad things. I decided to message them anyway. I got a reply so fast I thought it was fake. In retrospect I understand that just the good service they provide. I could ask my questions on whatsapp. The surgeon's work and his instagram were shared. At first I thought the surgeon had too few followers to find out later that he was seriously the best choice I've ever made. I could always contact MCAN with my questions. I felt heard and seen. Everything I asked for was picked up, there are not empty promises that you often hear about. The day of my surgery I was very anxious, they tried very hard to put me at ease. My breasts were a big challenge. Each breast weighed 3kg. The surgeon has listened to my wishes from a cosmetic point of view and absolutely solved the medical problem. I feel lighter and can sleep well through the night for the first time in years, even though I only slept on my back the last 13 days. The aftercare was great! every day in the hotel i was visited by a nurse, until the last day. I got two check ups before I left and everything is stated clearly and transparently. The taxidrivers were also very kind, they provided a big service and always carried your luggage or bags. They helped you to get in the car and even open and closed the door for you. In general I would 100% recommend MCAN Health for any breast surgery. This was my first and only experience ever with MCAN and I would do it all over again if needed. The only thing I want to say to people who want to be operated on at MCAN in Turkey is that you also have to use common sense. I was told at the beginning that I could go home after a week, yet I decided to book longer for my own sake. Every person is different, so every body reacts differently to an operation. Take your time for your recovery, the doctor does 50%, you have to take care of the rest. This experience really changed my life in the good way.

Mar 14,2022For the longest time I have suffered with back problems due to very big breasts. I always wanted to have a reduction but I was scared. Coming across Mcan was a god sent. From the very beginning, they were very informative and always available to answer any questions I had. It took my surgeon only 3 hours to change my life. I'm currently almost 3 weeks post surgery and can still not believe how different I look. I feel so light and beautiful and I couldn't be happier!! From the drivers to the girls who assisted me to my surgeon to the nurses. Every body was amazing and extremely helpful. The hospital was new and super clean. 2 days after my surgery I was literally out and about exploring Istanbul. I had a lovely day out with the Mcan girls. I will never forget this time. Thanks for my new life Mcan.

Mar 09,2022After doing a lot of research online, I finally chose MCAN for my Hair Transplant! I was very nervous as it’s such a big thing, but choosing MCAN was the best thing I could have done. The whole thing from start to finish was absolutely 5*! Private airport transfers to the actual procedure, it was all impeccable. The staff made it so easy, and the procedure itself was painless. The clinic is immaculately clean and you are at ease the whole way through. I couldn’t recommend MCAN enough, if you’re looking to get a hair transplant done, this is where you need to go!! One of the girls is in constant contact with me to make sure it is healing and going to plan and she has been excellent. Honestly fantastic!

Apr 12,2022Estaba muy nerviosa al principio antes de irme, ya que era otro país, otro idioma y la operación que es grande. Al llegar allí no localizaba al chófer, por problema con internet. Al final pude localizarlo. El traslado fue fantástico, el muchacho muy agradable y nos hizo el camino muy ameno. Fuimos al hotel y al día siguiente tenía mi operación. Para nada nerviosa. Llegue al hospital y me hicieron todo tipo de pruebas. Me vio el cirujano 2 o 3 horas antes de la intervención y le dije la talla que quería para mis nuevos pechos, fue muy agradable. Llegaron a la habitación y me llevaron a la sala de quirófano. No me enteré de nada. Los enfermeros y todo el personal que me atendió fueron muy serviciales. Gracias a toda mi experiencia he podido cumplir mi sueño y por ahora no tengo dolor de espalda.
