El trato con él personal de mcan impresionante como siempre. Es la segunda vez que me opero con ellos y espero repetir el verano que viene. Son tan profesionales que incluso con alguna cosita que pasó con el hotel ellos me ayudaron en todo momento a solucionarlo.No puede haber mejor trato y estar en mejores manos.

Aug 09,2021Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para todas las personas que hacen esto posible. Al principio tenía muchas dudas y más porq viajaba sola. Pero eso fue muy bien y siempre me sentí muy cuidada. Los resultados definitivos aún son pronto para verlos, llevo un mes y me encanta lo q veo! Si tengo q recomendarlos o volver a pasar por esto lo haría sin Dudarlo.

Aug 09,2021Mi experiencia aquí fue muy buena, desde el principio cuando comenzamos a planificar la operación y el viaje a Turquía. Te ayudan con todo lo que te preguntes. Mi estancia en el hospital fue muy buena. Las enfermeras son muy amables y decentes. Todo allí muy amable y simpático. El doctor es muy simpático y te dará tranquilidad. Estoy muy feliz con mis resultados.

Jul 27,2021I had a great experience with MCAN! Had a rhinoplasty done a few weeks ago & from what I can see right now, it’s exactly what I wanted. The consultation with the doctor was a little short, but just make sure to bring pictures so he really understands what you want. He listened to and answered all of my questions and was very confident. I take my bandages off in two days which is super exciting :,). The entire experience was fantastic from the hotel to the nurses. I read a few reviews complaining about the nurses, but let me tell you—they were fantastic. Even with a language barrier, they were super helpful. After my surgery, they checked on me almost every hour and brought me food. I’m vegan, so they even went out of their way to bring me vegan food. The hotel was great—no complaints. And the MCAN staff were all extremely kind, answering all of my questions at any time of day (even sightseeing questions).

Jul 26,2021I had a hairtransplant 2 weeks ago and I am very satisfied so far. The team was very professional. The clinic is very nice. Everything from picking me up in the airport and all the way through worked perfectly. The only thing I could have wanted more was a little more explanation while they where operating. Now we do this and so on. But still and I am very satisfied.

Jul 24,2021I had the best experience with MCAN for my surgery. From the coordination to the travel, my stay there, my surgery, and the aftercare/follow up, everything was amazing. I felt very welcomed and safe during times of covid and was reassured and well taken care of after my operation. The process was made very simple and all arrangements were taken care of flawlessly. I am so grateful that I chose this company for my surgery. 11/10 recommend this company for anyone travelling to Turkey for procedures.

Jul 21,2021Although I now have some hair in the transplanted areas, it is so patchy and I now have a "bar code" hairline. I was recommended Mcan by a friend and all of their contact over Whatsapp prior to me flying out to Turkey was excellent. When there I barely spoke a word to anyone in the clinic, they just drew my hairline on and then I was lay there for the next five hours. Before going they said I would receive a PRP session, which I could not tell you if I received this or not as none of the technicians really spoke english. After returning to the UK, I have had no follow up or contact from them apart from them Whatsapping me to ask me to refer their new clinic to friends, I replied saying I would not be recommending them after looking at my results which they never responded too. I would advise anyone going for a hair transplant to do plenty of research before going as it is a lot of money and I am devastated I wasted so much money when the results are not what I requested and was told would be achievable.

Jul 20,2021MCAN has ruined 2 out of 2 surgeries for me. They have left me with a messed up body that will never be the same without more revision surgeries to fix the things they messed up. I told them many times something was wrong, and they didn’t care. They sent me away with problems still occurring. Now, 5 months later, I still have these problems that I told them to fix while they still could. Simple fixes while I was still right there in town next to them. Now I have spent 4,000 pounds and all I got was a messed up body on top of the things they tried to fix, which did not get fixed. Waste of money and even more than that, other problems in other parts of the body that shouldn’t even be a part of it.

Jul 17,2021My name is S.K. I traveled to Istanbul after researching many different companies for months. What drew me to MCAN was their responsiveness. Unlike other companies, they were very quick to answer all my questions and engage in conversation with me. The whole process of obtaining my septoplasty/rhinoplasty was very seamless. They were always available in my recovery and came to my hotel to provide me care and medications. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. My only critique is that I wish my in person consultation with the surgeon could have been a little bit more in depth- that being said I am overall very pleased with my results. Beforehand, I was happy with my nose and really liked the way looked. I came just to have my internally deviated septum straightened for breathing and a very tiny dorsal hump reduced. My surgeon accomplished those things and though I am still early in my recovery, I can tell the result will ultimately be extremely natural and mostly undetectable (which is what I wanted). For anybody pursuing this route, I highly recommend it. It was a great experience and the city of Istanbul is amazing. My hotel accommodations were at the radisson blu Istanbul pera and were beautiful. The food was incredible and the room service staff was always available. I was in relatively no pain (just discomfort) and by day 3 post-op I was outside exploring the city as tolerable. It was so worth it.

Jul 15,2021I had a FUE hairtransplant at MCAN Health. Very professionel from initial contact to the operation. Operation went smooth (1 week ago). Uejd (the dedicated contact from MCAN) provided execellent information prior arrival in Istanbul and during the two days. Hotel and drivers to and from hotel, clinique and airport worked smooth. All as adverticed - recommendable

Aug 11,2021I went to MCAN for hair transplant in July of 2021. My experience there was nothing but exceptional!! The clinic was spotless. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Uejd was amazing and the doctor who performed the procedure was over the top. I will be recommending MCAN to anyone who talks about hair transplant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
