We provide easy sign-up milk delivery service, alongside a range of complimentary products including non-dairy milk alternatives and cream. Milk is available in reusable, recyclable glass bottles and non-dairy alternatives including oat, soya, coconut, and lactose-free milks are also available.

Feb 02,2025Deliveries as expected and super quiet, like trying to catch Santa in the act of leaving pressies, it's impossible, I swear stocking feet are involved! Tiifany was able to sort a recent issue with full fat rather than semi-skimmed being delivered in super quick order!

Feb 02,2025am now sick of it cant get to change my password keeps saying wrong details when aye know 100 percent their the correct details been with use just about 3 years had enough also had a cheek to try charge me more until a said on the phone about money a had paid extra into my acount a few times that alone is no way to run a buisness so i have now cancelled my direct debit again aye had put in for a 4weak holliday now a want my milk completley cancelled altogether and this crap u need to phone up to cancel is a total joke use are far to fly well use think you are thats so you can try get customers to change their mind also very annoying every time you phoned up always trying to get you to buy other products its wrong a no use want more things sold but if customers wanted more items they would add it to their order themselfs a will pay my order for last weak through paypal my customer no is 608688 and dont want any calls from use you have my email if you want to talk to me also im not calling to cancel my acount iv asked you here if you continue to suply my milk then thats you choice a wont be paying for it no more like a say cancel my acount altogether no going their with ure calls serious was realy shocked when use tryed to charge me more last weak when i phoned in to pay my bill cause my direct debit was cancelled but deffinetly want no more milk from this company so as i say its hear to se if you continue to suply my milk am not paying for it aye have taking a copy of this to prove i have said cancel my milk and one more annoying thing cant even get to send a email to use when it says you can mail without logging into ure acount well let me tell you thats wrong as you cant so thats why i have had to put it on here as no way will i call this company again you can also send letters out if you continue to supply my milk wich I have said cancel they will be ripped up. Ps shows how bad it is also if aye hadn't mentioned the extra money that aye put in use were taking the extra payment says a lot god knows who else use have over charged else their company have ripped off and for anybody that's thinking of going to join this lot don't listen to their patter free delivery it's not actually free delivery when you se the prices you need to pay good luck to you all only decent person was the milk driver Chris'

Feb 02,2025recently started McQueens deliveries of their glass bottle oat milk. Quick and easy to set up, always delivered on time. easy to change/cancel delivery if required- i didn’t use so much over Christmas so cancelled a couple of deliveries to use up what I had and restarted when i needed- very easy! Milk is good, convenient to have delivered as won’t run out. Would recommend.

Feb 02,2025Really disappointed, NO delivery, when I called, I was advised the system shouldn't have allowed me to book as they don't deliver to flats, even though I had asked prior to arranging and I was told they did. I checked our cctv and there was no delivery attempted. I asked for the money I paid to be returned and was told, they didn't do refunds for missing orders. I had paid upfront for a weeks deliveries!!!! Absolutely appalling, still not recieved my money back, but my bank asked me to deal direct and if I get no joy they will do an indemnity for me. CUST SERVICE IS SHOCKING...

Feb 02,2025I set up my account and my weekly milk round, when the first day of delivery came, nothing was delivered. So I rang up and complained. I was promised a payment wouldn't be taken. I then rang back after deciding to cancel altogether and go to a competitor. Cancelling my account was a challenge with having to debate back and forth with the customer service representative why I wanted to cancel it and him refusing to accept it. After he realised I wasn't going to change my mind his attitude completely changed and he turned rude and abrupt. I hung up the phone annoyed but believed I wouldn't be charged and my account closed. Unfortunately this was not the case. They decided to charge me a week's worth of milk after I had requested my account to be closed and yet still no milk was delivered. Avoid this company at all costs. Go to to their competitor who has been so easy to deal with and I've had not one issue with

Feb 02,2025Can't fault your service however, I've started getting my milk delivered, not for convenience or to help the environment but more as a luxury and to hame UN-HOMOGENISED whole milk as I used to remember when I was a kid. I can get homogenised whole milk from the supermarket and I understand that this process allows bigger production runs and a longer shelf life and I'm not prepared to pay extra and not be treated with exactly what I want.

Feb 01,2025Love having our milk, eggs and orange juice delivered in the old fashioned recycled bottles. Changing our order is a bit of a faf as you have to think too far ahead. Very early deliveries disturb the dog but hopefully he’ll get used to it. Love it.
