Deliveries have been brilliant and the product itself is faultless. I was shocked (in a good way) to see the delivery on my doorbell camera in the early hours of the morning. It was very nice to get up to a fresh carton of milk in the morning! I went on vacation and had no problems putting my deliveries on hold for the required time. Thankfully my next delivery was due the morning after we returned from holiday and so that meant that we weren't having to worry about trying to get to a shop on our way home from the airport to have milk for the morning! All in all, very pleased and prices are very competitive with the supermarkets!! Also had a nice card left for Christmas π€ Thank-You McQueens!

Lovely milk and orange juice. Always delivered correctly and on time .I have never seen the delivery person neither have they woken me up. Which is definitely a bonus
I placed my first order online on 6th January 2025. Order number 176685 for a total of Β£19.13. I received an email confirming the order and a text to say I will be sent login details. Nothing arrived including the order. Upon contacting them I was told that it was because I had not been issued an account number. They assured me that the account number would be issued that day. I was instructed that once I receive the account number I can call them back to request a refund. This alone is poor service, however it gets worse. The account number never materialised, the phone support cannot help without this allusive account number and the email support won't acknowledge the situation and take any action. After weeks of communicating with their support team via email and telephone I decided to OFFICIALLY request again a refund and informed them of my rights giving them the legal required time to address the situation and provide the refund (5 further days). The date that it should have been resolved was the 29th. The day before I received an email to say that they can't find my ACCOUNT! After responding I received an email with this response: I have passed this over to my credit control team who will reach out. If you provide a telephone number I can get the credit control team to call you back. I should make clear that they already have my number and after all of the inconvenience their idea of support is for me to email them again providing the same details they should have on file. Obviously because it would be way too much trouble for them to be proactive or provide some level of acceptable service. It has been two days and I have not heard from them. 25 days have now passed since payment and it seems that their support team do not have the ability to even address the issue properly. I have provided proof of order and this seems to make no difference. To say the experience has been shocking is an understatement. They seem to have no real desire to resolve the problem and the only reason I have been passed to the credit control team is because I insisted that it be escalated. Furthermore I direct messaged their team on Facebook and only received an autoresponder giving a timescale of when I should receive a response. I never received one. I should also point out that the reason an account number has not been issued to me is because we set up a second account at the same address after 2 weeks of not being able to access our existing account, and support not being helpful or truthful that this is a known issue (read other reviews about problems accessing their account), out of frustration we set up a new one so that we would get some deliveries whilst then intending to close the existing. As a second account was created the account number was not issued. No one contacted us to inform us of this, we eventually got the reason for no account number when we called on one occasion.
Deliveries have been poor, when delivered it's good. Communication isn't great..deliveries to the wrong house, but soon been rectified
It's very easy to alter your delivery dates due to holidays.McQueens have always been helpful and delivered our orders on time and in good condition.
Sadly I'm unable to leave no stars! McQueen customer service is slow, useless and don't read emails correctly. They leave important emails unanswered for weeks and they respond with the same old "we can only apologise" answer! Deliveries are wrongly delivered, missed all together or substituted for different products without warning. Dreadful company, who simple haven't got a clue.

Delivery is quiet and unobtrusive, in the last ten or so weeks I have never seen or heard them. Changes to orders for holidays etc are very easy to do and never questioned. Direct debit is automatically corrected. Online updates are friendly and much appreciated. Excellent service π
Since I started getting my milk from McQueens it is an excellent delivery service. Milk there in the morning in my locker box at door. Customer service team excellent at replying to my emails when have a question. I would highly recommend this company for your door to door delivery of milk and other delightful goods they process.
Have only been using McQueens delivery for 2 weeks milk is always on my doorstep by 7am it is so easy to add or remove items from your order either online or or by phone. I prefer milk from a glass bottle seems to taste better.
