Oct 20,2014I order a part on-line from Mecklite. It told me when it would be dispatched and delivered. Then their carrier (TNT) contacted me and told me what time (within one hour) the part would be delivered. What happened? The part was delivered on the day at the expected time. All in all a very good service when campared to others I have used. Woould recommend them.

Oct 13,2014Ordering, paying and delivery no problems, very efficient. Unfortunately the Borg digital lock ordered came with studs already fixed, using loctite, to the lock. The door it was being fitted to was slimmer than theses studs and getting them out was very difficult. I use numerous such digital locks and this product appeared a very good option, however fearing snapping these studs in the lock casing is such that I doubt I will use them again. That is Borg's problem not MechLite
