The whole process was very easy und uncomplicated. The order arrived within a few days (to Germany), very fast I would say. All was perfect. Will order again for sure. Just to mention that, we tried to contact two other internet-merchants and asked for placing an order shipped to Germany. They didn't even answer our mail...
