Feb 06,2023There seemed to be little help or advice for us in the sale of our house. Simply relayed requests for information from the buyer's solictor (same requests several times, in fact). We could just as easily have dealt direct with the buyer's solicitor and cut out a surplus tier of admin. Over-reliance on an app for ID verification, made it extremely difficult for anyone who is not tech-savvy. Not at all sure what they did for their money.

Jan 22,2023If you use Iamsold to auction your property they use Medway Law which is part of their group. They will try to persuade you to use Medway Law for the conveyancing. Don't. Medway Law are incompetent. I have recently auctioned my father's flat using Iamsold and Medway Law. What appears to be a simple process at first develops into a nightmare of online forms and a total lack of communication with anyone who knows their job. They never ring back and when you contact them you'll find yourself dealing with a junior without any legal experience. At the end of this extremely frustrating and annoying process even the financial Completion Statement was wrong. I suggest you use your own solicitors.
