Mar 31,2023We (family), used Medway Law as the solicitors for the sale of our late mother’s house via the Modern method of auction. Throughout the whole process we were continually updated with the progression of the sale by our point of contact (Leena and TeamShah). Queries were dealt with very quickly, usually through a telephone call and occasionally by email, which were responded to virtually immediately. We also completed and reviewed many of the documents needed via a secure online system that negated the need to send paperwork back and forth in the post. From accepting the offer on the house to completion of the sale was just 6 weeks and we were very impressed with the work carried out by Medway Law and at a very reasonable fee. It was pleasing to note that we did not need to chase them up at any stage, in fact it was quite the opposite, as Medway were so on the ball. We would thoroughly recommend the services of Medway Law, as we found them to be very professional and efficient and this made going through the house selling process with them both a pain and stress free experience.

Daniel and Lauren always kept us up to date by email and telephone. Selling a property is always a stressful time.
