Jan 11,2023Sale of my late Fathers house - ref: S613/18035/016157 The team at Medway law were dealing with the sale of my late fathers house which had sole through the modern auction method which requires a property to complete in a fairly compressed time scale. The particular individuals I dealt with were very professional and above all friendly to deal with and were always there to help with queries and at times some rather panicked calls from me due to the postal strikes at the time. Due to the circumstances around the sale of the house I always felt the staff were sympathetic to my situation and could not do enough to put me a ease and help. House completed ahead of projected time frame and everything was concluded in time for the holidays at the end of December 2022. I would definitely recommend their services to others. Dec 15,2022Medway law have provided an appalling service, they stated at the beginning that it would take around 2 week to prepare a pack, some 10 weeks later we are still waiting, we have been told the pack is now complete but is waiting for final sign off, we were told this a week ago, now they are not responding to emails i have tried to phone them and i cannot get any updates. do not go near them

Dec 12,2022Reference: S613/17771 Selling my stepfather’s bungalow after he passed away was quite a difficult and stressful time but Reepesh, Robyn and the team made the whole process and experience seamless and more bearable. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout. They responded to emails and phone calls in a timely and informative manner. Everything was clearly explained and communicated every step along the way. The property was sold through a modern day auction a new process to me. I can’t thank them enough for getting us over the line so easily and completing on the sale well ahead of the anticipated date; especially with all the disruption caused by the postal strikes and contracts being delayed as a result. Jan 20,2023Reference: S613/18221/015746 I instructed Medway to do the conveyancing for the sale of my late Brother’s property and was not disappointed. Unlike other solicitors I have dealt with in the past, I felt that Medway were always keeping the selling process moving along- no lengthy delays or weeks spent without receiving an update. Service was professional and polite throughout, at no point did I feel like I was being spoken down to or ignored, and I was always able to get in touch with them when I needed to. They managed to complete on a fairly complicated sale within the time frame promised. Couldn’t be happier with their work and would recommend them to anyone. A well-earned 5 stars!
