Aug 22,2023If there was a 0 stars that is what they would get. The sale is on-going.... I think. However, there is no response to the phone messages or emails from the legal team. I have been asked to expedite some issues at my end, but when responses have been sent, there has been NO reply / action from Team Brown. They do not respond to me / other legal departments involved / the estate agents who recommended them etc. Seriously, I would not touch this firm with a bargepole! I have spoken personally to one other person who used them and had exactly the same experience.

Jul 10,2023My initial experience with Medway Law was not a great one. The team handling my case was slow to respond and when they did eventually respond, they were often so vague it required another email to ask for clarification. After a certain point, the team stopped responding at all. After a sending multiple emails requesting an update without response, our case was eventually handed over to a new team. It was at this point that my experience with Medway took a 180. Team Patel came in and managed to not only catch up on the time lost on the case, but reach the original deadline. The entire team was professional, attentive and frankly a pleasure to speak to. Most of all, the team leader Reeps was a complete marvel. He was open to being contacted at any time. If he couldn't answer, he would immediately call back and/or send me an email with all the relevant information, always noting I could call him if I needed elaboration on anything. He was also an absolute pleasure to speak to. Positive attitude, the right mix of professional and casual (it's nice to speak to a human and not a script spewing robot) and an absolute beast when it comes to work ethic and meeting deadlines. In just the few short days I he was handling my case, he made a tremendously positive impression on me and really changed how I view Medway Law. Reeps did some exceptional heavy lifting after being lumped with a mismanaged file and is clearly an asset to the company and I expect he will be getting many more positive reviews besides my own.

Although all communications were by phone and e-mail, I found the team I dealt with to be professional, friendly & efficient. There was an initial introduction by phone to explain processes followed up in writing. Thereafter, I received weekly electronic and telephone updates up until the completion of my property sale. A very positive experience with 4 stars as it is always nice to personally meet the people one is dealing with.

Kept me fully informed without me needing to chase, only reverted to me with queries when it was necessary and they worked really quickly. Very happy with Chloe and Hannah specifically, although I am less satisfied with other members of staff at Medway Law who are acting on the sale of my dad's property, so it may just be luck of the draw!
