Feb 19,2024I was introduced to Team Warton not long after the auction sale via iamsold. All details were put forward to what would happen, how it was likely to happen,and in some cases,why it would happen. I was kept in the loop via emails and calls, and any questions I had were quickly responded to and answered. I had a link between the auction company and Jamie's team(Natalie and Ellie) who also kept me abridge of progress and supplied a weekly 'milestone' list of happenings. All in all a very friendly and proffesional service throughout. Although selling a property can be a bit nerve wracking at times, this was much easier than I'd expected. Thanks to all Damon

Feb 08,2024Terrible time management, leave everything to the last minute. Confusing emails. Bombarded with the same email on automation spamming!! Different people handling completion of sale in a short space of weeks. Post incorrectly addressed, some post not received. Not professional. Avoid them. I should have used my own solicitor then the Auction house solicitors.

Jan 31,2024Medway law were acting for me for a sale. They proceeded to mix up my case with another case with a customer of the same name as me. Medway sent me the original probate letter of the other customer coupled with the other customers invoice. I have called twice and left messages , emailed them without reply . I am still currently holding a very important document that should not be in my possession. I am writing this review as a last gasp attempt to get this matter rectified .

Mar 08,2024We needed to sell our mum's house as quickly as possible and decided that a modern auction was the best way forward. It has been almost 40 years since we last sold a property and we had never heard of this sale method before so were somewhat dubious to start with. Medway Law were our chosen solicitors (ref S613/28296/023108) We have been amazed at how quick the process has been, from the date of accepting an offer on the property to completing the sale has taken 4 weeks. Based on recent experiences elsewhere in my family where it has taken 17 months to complete a sale when we were informed of the expected timescale for our transaction we were somewhat pessimistic to say the least but our wrong could we be. Communication from the Conveyancer, her assistant and the iamsold team has been nothing short of superb be it by email or phone and cannot be faulted. Very efficient, friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
