Oct 26,2021I have used Medwyn several times for covid tests as the service is great. They are very efficient and good value for money. The nurse who did my test was very friendly and made it all very easy, I would highly recommend.

Oct 26,2021Once you get the booking right it’s great and really easy to use. The ‘book video appointment’ which you need to do before purchasing the tests is not very apparent and easily missed. Needs to be much more noticeable. However I’ve used it twice including abroad and both times it’s been really easy snd efficient.

Oct 24,2021We have travelled several times and have used the terrible, robbing b..... Randox so my stress levels regarding testing were through the roof! Before I booked the test with Medwyn I tried to contact them to see if their customer service existed! I could not get through on the phone but emailed/messaged FB and used the chat these all received replies within a couple of hours. This reassures me enough to purchase the fit fly test. My daughters were flying alone on the Sunday so the 72hr test was tight. We live at Lands End Cornwall so dropping of was not an option. I did pay for 24hr tracked Saturday delivery, dropped of Friday morning at Post office. Medwyn website told me it was received at 10am tested at 4pm and results were back by 11pm fabulous 😀😎👏 finally a service worthy of praise. Thank you for doing what you promise. I will be back for future testing. If you are researching testing re travel you can stop Medwyn do what they say!
