Oct 23,2021The appointment was great and the lady that did the swab was friendly and efficient. Added to that she made my 14 year old feel very comfortable with the process. We bought the PCR test on the understanding the results were by 6pm the next day. The result did not come in pre 6 but 2 and a half hours after the deadline.

Oct 21,2021Really disappointed, ordered 3 tests for myself and family, arrived on time. Done the tests and posted via the priority post box. Tracked and arrived 9.24am the next day, 2 test results received 13:30 & 15:00 no sign of the 3rd test and looking unable to fly the following morning as have to upload to Etihad. Having to chance a rapid PCR at the airport to save our holiday.. update following reply from medwyn, phoned then at 9.09am almost 24hrs after they received the PCR test, spoke to advisor who was going to look into this, promised they would phone me back with an answer.. 4hrs later still no reply. Luckily I was able to book a rapid PCR with Collinsons at Manchester airport which allowed my family to fly at an additional cost of £89 ☹️

Oct 20,2021The person was very friendly and the test considerate and careful. The paper based approach is prone to error and the date of birth was incorrectly registered. There is no way of contacting out of hours in such cases (which is a problem on a 24 hrs test done after school and travelling the next day before opening). Fortunately somebody was checking emails and corrected the wrong DoB in time for travelling.
