The buying process was simple and the delivery was made quickly and efficiently and was as arranged. We haven't unpacked the paving slabs yet but they look very well packaged. We would definitely recommend Melton Stone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again going on our experience.

Dec 03,2024Stone was nicely packed on decent pallet, stone was clean and almost square, I needed sawn edges and not hand cut but couldn't find this thickness, managed to trim on my table saw and matches really well with the existing flooring (400 yrs old!) Delivered exactly when they said they would which allowed me to plan and be on site.

Nov 25,2024Overall, pleased with the service and product. In terms of customer rapport, they were good and explained sizing fairly well. I thought they could of improved a bit in terms of knowledge of installation regarding a hearth as they didn't seem sure which i am surprised about with it being a company who sells them (as I went in they said "we are selling so many hearths atm). I also thought they would of boxed the items up or covered them all but that may just be my expectations rather than the norm. I also don't think they got my mobile number when I said I wanted to think about it and left (Little sales tip ;) ) Overall I would definitely recommend though.

Nov 24,2024Great product and really good quality! Be aware that these are bloody heavy and take a good few hours to move on your own! 🙄 One comment is to leave more a space to get coping stones out due to the weight and the crate they come in. Great customer service and really helpful.
