Jul 31,2024Very cute clothes, kind of a random draw regarding materials though. A couple of items I've purchased from them are wardrobe staples of mine, and others just look and feel cheap. Another issue I had is that for me (175 cm and 60kg) who usually wears S-M, have to buy L-XL from them, both for size and length, and even then the sleeves are sometimes too short.

Jul 26,2024Well after placing an order for my wife in March I have NOT received any of the products I paid for, nor a refund. After 5 months of being told it's being shipped or delivery was attempted but nobody was home. I have security camaras and live on a Military base so both statements were false. This is a horrible company with an even worse carrier for shipping. Save your money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Jul 21,2024Ordered an octopus cape/blanket color purple, after 2 weeks of no shipment I inquired about when the item would ship - they asked for a little longer, i waited another week, they asked again, so I waited 1 more week, after 4 weeks after the order was made the order still hadn't been fulfilled so I proceeded to ask them for a refund, which they kept asking for MORE time - I asked 3x for a refund in emails, to get my money back i had to make a paypal claim, the only reason they refunded my money is because they knew paypal would side with me, be careful.

Jun 10,2024I really love what this company has to offer. It's hard to find things that suit my husband and I's tastes, but this site has some really adorable stuff! It takes a long time to get your items, but it's international and to be expected! No worse than any other international site. I will say just make sure to pay attention. One of the items I got was a really cheap material and was already ripped when I got it, but it was also one of the cheaper items I got. You get what you pay for here, whether it's cheap or expensive. Don't be afraid to spend a little more, because you really will get a good product.

May 23,2024So I ordered this dress to wear to my cousins birthday, and I was scared because the date it would arrive seemed like it would be on her birthday. So I contacted them to cancel but they responded and asked why, I told them why and they gave an option for half a refund, and I except. I got the half refund and they shipped it out the same day! I never experienced something like that before. 5 stars and the dress is beautiful.

May 16,2024Incredible customer service, they worked with me after the clothes that I wanted were out of stock and we ended up getting it sorted out! They were very kind and understanding and offered to replace the clothes or offer a refund. I received one of the clothes today and the quality and comfort was incredible as well.

May 12,2024Really like Modakawa, loads of discounts and freebies, comfortable clothing, and for clothes coming from half way across the world, Delivery is quite quick, around two weeks. A lot of the stuff is quite expensive for my jobless self but sometimes I can just look in awe and jealousy of their clothes.

May 07,2024You said it would be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days, but I waited and it was not shipped, and the customer service was very slow in replying to emails. The answer I got was also inaccurate. I send so many emails every day but you donât reply. I donât know what you are doing. Also, I am so anxious for your shipment because I am leaving my address in mid-June. But your customer service response is very slow!

Apr 27,2024Company is responding to emails quite fast, they seem nice and friendly as well. I quite like the quality of the clothes as well as diversity of styles. They have very cute shirts and dresses. Though sizing can be tricky.

Apr 19,2024Is selling products using the IP of independent artists without their permission. Self explanatory. Regret purchasing from them. EDIT: Modakawa replied suggesting that I may have purchased items from a different supplier who copied THEIR designs. But the item I purchased (from Modakawa) features an image by an artist who never permitted Modakawa to use their work. The lack of accountability is shocking.

Il y a beaucoup de dĂ©fauts de fabrications avec des coutures absolument pas soignĂ©s et des tissus qui ont l'air d'ĂȘtre coupĂ© au ciseau lambda. Les fourchettes de temps de prĂ©paration des colis ne sont pas respectĂ©s (2 semaines au lieu de 3-7 jours ouvrĂ©s) mais un temps de livraison correct.

Mar 31,2024For my PLUS SIZED or CURVY folk: I purchased Modakawa's black hip cut-out dress in their XL-2XL size and please do not make my same mistake of believing they are selling items that fit their advertised specifications. It is false advertising and the clothing will not fit your body at all. Even though they are pushing out ads that feature women with curvaceous figures, their clothing is not at all designed for us. When I reached out to their customer service for help, I was met with absolutely no understanding of my frustration. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MODAKAWA IF YOU HAVE ANY CURVES AT ALL (: You will be out $57.99 and be left with only disappointment

Aug 07,2024I really love Modakawa. I like cute stuffs and the hoodies are so comforting. I generally buy products to wear at home, they are so cute. PS I am a man but I like to get bunny sweatshirts, I hope that is not oddđ. Thank you to the Modakawa team for your wonderful service. I really enjoy shopping from here. I will recommend this to my other friends. Please keep up with the wonderful ideas for many cute stuffs. It would be better if there are more clothings for a more wider audience and have more discounts since some of the purchases can be very expensive.
