Sep 19,2024A la réception des articles c’est la déception totale, les sweats que j’ai commandé sont d’une matière très mauvaise (polyester bas de gamme) et les impressions (qui semblent de qualité sur le site) sont en réalité catastrophiques. Tellement déçue par ces vêtements en provenance de Chine qualité bas de gamme idem à d’autres sites sauf qu’ici vous payez le prix fort! Aucune solution de retour satisfaisante car il faut renvoyer le colis à Vancouver!!!

Aug 28,2024I tried buying items three times. They never made it to me even though I had to pay shipping costs they were always supposedly delivered to some warehouse nearby for pickup. When I finally tracked the location it was not a location I was able to access but the one time an employee there was kind enough to look for anything with my name. Nothing. When I had tried inquiring about my shipments before that I would just get sent a screenshot of the tracker that I had access to myself saying it was delivered even though it wasn't. Legit Scammers. No refunds either.

Aug 20,2024Ich bestelle sehr viel dort. Ich sage mal so, wenn man keine Probleme hat, ist es gut. Bei ca. 10% der Bestellungen tauchen aber leider Fehler auf. Fehler der Art: - Artikel kaputt - Artikel nicht mitgeschickt - Artikel auf einmal nicht mehr verfügbar, trotz Bestellbestätigung. Mir ist es schon häufiger so vorgekommen, als ob überhaupt kein Logistikprogramm hinter dieser Firma steht. Es ist doch nicht so schwer das Lager mit dem Angebot abzugleichen. Und es wird erst vor dem Versenden bemerkt, dass die Ware gar nicht mehr da ist und das 1 Woche nach Bestätigung. Im Shop bleibt es aber oft weiterhin drin ohne irgendeinen Hinweis auf Verfügbarkeit. Beim Support gibt es eine eindeutige Sprachbarriere und Mails werden oft nicht richtig gelesen. Die Designs und die Sachen selbst sind sehr süß und toll. Bei der Größe muss man acht geben, da es asiatische Größen sind natürlich. Die Rücksendung ist auch sehr teuer (noch nie in Anspruch genommen) aber auch hier ist das der Entfernung geschuldet. Alles im Allem ein guter Shop mit viel Potential nach oben, sollten sie ihr Geschäft weiterhin weltweit anbieten.

Aug 14,2024I simply just asking question through the WhatsApp about shipping fee, they replied “we are not charity”. What an awful and unprofessional reply. Did I offended you by asking the shipping fee? It’s just a simple question. This is ridiculous and very rude. Of course I understand everyone is doing business, but you don’t need to reply in such impolite way. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever experience. In addition, they advertise few item as free sale, but after you add the item in the cart, you will find an incredible hight shipping fee at the checkout. It’s completely a fraud. The entire company is a humongous scam.
