Sep 21,2023I've been shopping at Modakawa, and I have to say their clothes are a refreshing change from what you typically find in both retail stores and online shops. They're fun and cute, offering a unique style that sets them apart. One thing that could use improvement is the delivery time. It does take quite a while to receive your order, and I'm hoping that Modakawa can work on speeding up their delivery process in the future. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still find their clothing selection worth the wait.

Sep 19,2023Bestellungen nach Deutschland. Ich habe ein paar mal von Modakawa bestellt und war an sich mit der Kleidung zufrieden. GROSSES ABER: Wenn man was zurück schicken will ist das der größte Aufwand EVER. Ich habe den Kundenservice zunächst angeschrieben weil ich einen Hoodie bekommen habe der mir viel zu klein war obwohl ich L genommen hab und auch noch zuhause abgemessen habe UND auch noch ein weites Loch am Bund hat. Zuerst wollten sie mich unbedingt davon überzeugen dass ich Coupons als Befridigung für mich bekomme die kaum was am Preis ändern. Ich bestand dennoch auf zurückschicken. Die Antworten die ich auf meine Fragen bekam waren nicht wirklich informativ und ich hatte ein Fragezeichen nachm andern im Kopf. JETZT KOMMT DER MOMENT WO ICH MICH RICHTIG VERAR***T FÜHLE: Ich habe ganz zufällig auf deren webseite ganz unten rumgeklickt wo zb FAQ*s usw stehen und dann in Terms und Conditions gesehn dass ich garnichts bezahlen muss weil mein Artikel beschädigt ist. DAS WOLLTEN SIE MIR ÜBERHAUPT NICHT SAGEN IN DEN MAILS!! Ich konfrontierte sie und sie entschuldigten sich nicht mal richtig und fragten dann ob ich eine ersatz bestellung haben will. Nach noch mehr Emails voller Unbefriedigung haben sie mir heute am 18.9.23 ne mail geschickt dass sie mir den selben hoodie in der größe die mir zu klein ist versendet OBWOHL ich 3 MAL in den Mails geschrieben hab dass ich 2XL haben möchte!! Ich habe grad ne Mail geschickt wo ich das nochmal betone und sage dass ich einfach total genervt bin. Der Email Verkehr ist schon seit 10 Tagen. Jeden Tag Mails an Modakawa schreiben weil sie es einfach nicht gebacken bekommen und mich gefühlt zur weißglut treiben (wollen). ICH BIN MIT MEINEN NERVEN AM ENDE. Ich habe schon genug zu tun und dann auch noch sowas???? Stand 18.9.23

Sep 14,2023I purchased an adult killer whale sleeping bag as a gift in which I paid $75 for the unique sleeping bag. Upon receival of this item I found it to be defective. I made numerous attempts to request a refund. When I found a customer service number, the call would discontinue after the first ring. I’ve emailed the company to be told that a refund would be issue once the item was returned. Well, they do not provide returning shipping labels and it would cost me be well over $127 to return it! Not only am I out of the $75, I’m now stuck with an item that I cannot give as gift.

Sep 09,2023Uses stolen art from artist: Vincent Trinidad. Their Catana shirt is both stolen art and the t-shirt itself is garbage quality. Absolutely a SCAM. Do not support. Their 'Japanese writing' on more than half of the products are just scribbles. Do not support.

Sep 07,2023The clothes are fun and cute. Different from what you would normally see from usual retail and online shops. The fabrics are good but I’ve received two pieces that the fabric is like plastic. But all the others so far are okay. The only issue I have is that the delivery takes so long. I hope this is something Modakawa improves soon.

Aug 24,2023I bought strapless bras which are advertised as supportive. What I got was 2 x bras that fall down straight away. I’ve been offered 20% and 30% money back.. what a waste of money. Defo won’t be shopping here again: I was never asked for pictures. Seems like a scam to me

Aug 18,2023I bought a bat clothing piece out of their recent ads. After it arrived i tried it on and the zipper instantly popped off the rails cuz the teeth popped . I asked to return it upon which they asked for a photo which i dont need to provide as i have the right to return it. Instead of just sending me the return label they kept arguing about this wanting proof and clearly not trusting their customer nor creating any value for me from their customer support. Its despicable i wasted 60 euros on very poor quality clothing. Dont buy here unless you want to be ripped off!

Such a great place to work with and would definitely recommend their bundled deals with each experience! Have bought quite a few items I have been more than pleased with and if there ever is a problem with sizing the help is always quick!

Sep 28,2023I definitely signed in and placed an order, and PAID for it. I even got the confirmation email from them twice; one saying order confirmed and later I got one saying it was shipped. I checked on my order today but all I can find was 404 page not found, and my account went non-existent. I tried to log in but it says user does not exist. Then I typed in the shipping information manually((the order ID and my email/phone#) but all it said was the order does not exist.
