We never expected it to be as smooth and as quick as it was and that is all thanks to James. James was approachable, adaptable and efficient. He took his time explaining the full process and finding us the best deal suited to us and our situation. James was kind and patient. He worked around us and our availability, making time to call, email or meet even during evenings and weekends. Dan helped us with the complete journey of our purchase. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and nerves. We were informed and communicated throughout the experience. Being first time buys who were also relocating cities we needed hand holding and the bank to consider my new work contract. Katie, resolved all this effortlessly and knew all the processes. Jun 27,2018I was recommended about Tam Ambia by a previous colleague. Tam was very professional and supportive in helping us choose the correct mortgage product. Tam was flexible in arranging to meet my sister and I out of hours on two separate occasion. We literally got our Decision in Principle next morning. He addressed many times that he will be supporting our entire journey of purchasing our first property. This was evident from our initial engagement with him. Once we found our property, we informed Tam and submitted all relevant paperwork. We got our mortgage offer within a few days. Overall, the service provided by Tam is first class. He was very helpful and kept us in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
