Apr 20,2018I have to say the service we received from Moneysprite, especially Jack Elliot has been exceptional. Jack has been incredibly proactive, hard-working and understanding financial advisor. He was very flexible and respect our schedule, and travelled very far to meet us in person to walked us through our mortgage options. He worked on his holiday (crazy, I know) to make sure we have everything in place for our mortgage. Our background made it difficult for us to get a mortgage, but Jack worked his magic and got us an offer in just a few days! Overall, we are very happy and would strongly recommend Jack as well as MoneySprite.

Apr 11,2018I first acquired the services of Katie Hambry back in 2016 when we were sorting out the purchase of my first home. 2 years later and I get the pleasure of working with her again, this time on the remortgaging for a new fixed term product! Katie is absolutely lovely and extremely patient with my barrage of questions and clarifications. She'll provide all the information I need and the reassurances too! Those are extremely important to me! She always welcomes my calls and emails and always responds promptly. Katie is also brilliant at simplifying all the terminologies and mountains of paperwork so that I completely understand what we are doing, where we are at in the entire process and what the next steps are. Katie is truly a professional at what she does and you know that she "has your back" when she is working with you. You know that you are in great hands! She always tries to get you the best deals and will take the time to ensure that you know what you want as well, what suits you best. I could not be happier working with Katie! Apr 09,2018The service provided by Liz Obee has been brilliant. We had no idea where to start but Liz has overseen everything and no question has been too silly. I could not praise her enough. We are first time buyers so it has been a very overwhelming process but Liz has made us feel very secure. I would definitely recommend her and Moneysprite.

Apr 06,2018Liz looked after me with my mortgage for my first home and was FANTASTIC! She offered to meet me in the evening, at a time convenient to me and instantly made me feel relaxed. She covered everything in full and got me ready to find the perfect house. My buying process (like most peoples) was painful. I had 2 different properties in the pipeline which fell through before finding where I am now. Throughout the process Liz used her experience to advise on what I should do, including giving me all the need to knows on help to buy and even did a property comparison when my flat was undervalued by the mortgage company. I cannot fault Liz's services and would recommend her to anyone in a drop of a hat!

Apr 03,2018I was recommended to Stuart at moneysprite through a friend / colleague. A number of people have used him and said how great he was. Stuart made the first stressful part of moving easy and stress free. He explained everything so I could understand all my options. He also gave me a couple of options to think about. There was no pressure at all from himself or the company which was amazing as other people in estate agents etc were pushy and wanted am answer there and then. Picking a mortgage is a huge part of your life and I felt happy and satisfied in what I was getting Into through moneysprite. Stuart was easy to get hold of through phone or email and made appointments around me and where I was located. I will definitely be recommending him and moneysprite in the future Thank you

Apr 02,2018Stuart Scott - Stuart is a very friendly, down to earth man. Just the kind you need when your mind is boggled with mortgages and houses. Just like ours were, especially being first time buyers. Stuart made the who process easy and simple, coming out to our house to fit around our schedules. He was always at the end of an email, text or call and no question, not even the really silly ones, were ever too much for him. I would hit recommend Stuart for any advise. We have now just re-mortgaged with them and were pleased to receive the same great service from Liz Obee who was very patient and informative, helping us come to the best solution. We are so thankful we chose Moneysprite and more importantly Aleka Gutzmore who helped us to sort out our finances and support and guide us in making the right decisions when purchasing our home. As first time buyers we were novices without a clue, however Aleka was there to keep us calm and focused. She also helped by providing us with clear concise information so that we could make informed decisions when taking out insurance too. Thank you for making the bumps feel smooth.

Justine went above and beyond to find us the best product originally when we moved two years ago, and now it has come to the end of our two years fixed she was straight on the ball to find us a much better product again. There has never been any pressure to chose certain products, she has listened intensely to our family set up and our needs, talked through the future and discussed how we could best move forward. Loved how there was never any pressure to make decisions there and then..given time to think about things, and always at the end of the phone. Would never go anywhere else for help and guidance with our mortgage and other products, and would highly recommend Money Sprite.
