I just bought my first property, and Dan's help in finding and negotiating me a great mortgage rate (far better than anything the handful of brokers I'd spoken to previously had provided) was invaluable, as was his guidance and support through all the legal proceedings of the purchase. Always easy to get hold of when needed, and punctual and friendly in person, I'll definitely be coming back to Dan and Moneysprite in future for similar things. Would highly recommend!

Daniel Whitton from Moneysprite did the business. Very professional and courteous. Wished I'd done this years ago. Would recommend Dan to anyone wanting a similar service.

As very nervous first time buyers, we were regularly reassured by Liz & she helped us to understand the entire process from start to finish. My partner's weekly wage slips were particularly difficult to understand with different hourly rates, shifts & overtime. It took us a long time to find the perfect house & Liz kept a record of our ever changing wages so that we knew our budget at all times. Having heard of other people's experience with other brokers/lenders (who they also had to pay!), we consider ourselves very lucky to have found Liz first time around. Jan 04,2018We used James Berry to help us with our mortgage having already been coming to the end of the process with another mortgage broker who was going to charge a large sum for the help. Straight away James managed to find us a much better deal which our previous broker couldn't get close too. I found talking to James I got a lot further after 1 hour of conversation than I did after 5 hours of conversation with our previous broker. He kept us informed through out the whole process and helped with many other queries I had along the way. Would Highly recommend to any first time buyers.

Jan 03,2018I was reluctant to use a broker but after speaking to James Berry I'm so glad I did, he has talked me through every step, found me the best deal for a mortgage, recommended a trusted solicitor and has always been available. As a first time buyer I was in over my head trying to do it all on my own and James has made it smooth and easy, cannot recommend enough.

Dec 20,2017When we met Aline we were looking to remortgage our current home in London, which we planned to rent out, and secure a second mortgage to buy a new home in Wales to live in. Having looked at our financial situation, Aline advised us that we had enough equity in our current home to buy our new home in Wales outright and that we only needed to secure one mortgage, not two! She also looked at our existing insurance policies and discovered we were over insured in some areas, but underinsured in others. She arranged for us life, critical illness and building insurance, making sure that our children benefit, should anything happen to us. Aline stands out over other mortgage advisers. She provides a personal touch, where many don’t, and worked really hard to ensure we got a suitable mortgage that met are needs. Aline helped us buy our new dream home, saved us the expense of a second mortgage, and we are now confident that we have protected our homes with the right insurance products. We have already recommended Aline to a couple of our friends and would urge anyone looking to buy or review their mortgage and insurances to speak to her. He found us a much better deal on a mortgage and life insurance than we had managed to find ourselves! Throughout the the process he kept us informed and always responded promptly. Feb 28,2018I was in a very precarious situation, even though I had an steady income and a second rented home as I was trapped in a poor credit score situation. I had been refused by every possible financial institution but luckily I found Aline from Moneysprite and she was able to find a lender for a second mortgage on the rental accommodation which helped my repay all the credit card debts and build up my credit score. She is excellent at her work and I recommend her services with much confidence. I look forward to re-mortgaging when the fixed terms of the mortgages expires and deal with Aline again, at which time will be even more beneficial.
