Jun 21,2018House buying is always stressful however James was helpful in putting things into perspective and easing any anxieties. Communication was great and no questions or queries went unanswered. Being a first time buyer, it was a daunting experience but he made the process much smoother and secured us a great mortgage and insurances. I would definitely recommend him! I would say that her communication is excellent and advise very well thought out,before it is put into action,then when she starts,the client has too put there "trainers on" its that simple. He could not do more for us and really took away the stress and overwhelming 'where do we start?!' panic we had considering we had left it until the last minute. He talked us through a lot of the jargon and came out to us twice; once to clear the mortgage mist and a second time to help us with the forms. He got things sorted for us really quickly and kept us totally informed throughout the process. I am very grateful to the person who recommended him to me and in turn, I'd recommend him to anyone.

It was quick and easy, and she definitely knows her stuff! Our case was a little special, with one of us being recently self-employed, a difficult lease, etc. She very patiently explained the various options available to us, which she researched thoroughly as well.
