Nov 14,2017I dealt with Kate Hambry, based locally at the Hedge End branch during the re-mortgage on my property. Kate made things so easy throughout the process and even when the mortgage company's inept solicitors became rather tiresome - she was always on hand and absolutely brilliant! She always promptly returned my calls, emails and kept me fully up-to date with progress. I'll definitely be talking to Kate again when I need to change my mortgage. 10/10 - Thanks Kate.

We are a half British-half American couple applying whilst navigating EU laws and a second mortgage. He could not have been more thorough in his process to ensure we made the right choices along the way. Overall it was stressful as any mortgage would be, but made a lot less so by his hard work! She has returned our emails/messages at a ridiculously quick rate, and has explained things in a way we will understand. I am a first time buyer and my partner has brought properties a few times so is a little more knowledgeable, so she has addressed and explained things to us both in a suitable way. I met a few advisors before Liz who I wasn't quite happy with but a friend recommended her and as soon as I met her she made me feel perfectly at ease and explained everything so well. Sep 16,2017Couldn't fault James Berry at all! We found a flat that we wanted to buy and James came to our house the following day to get our mortgage agreement in principle. Unfortunately our sale fell through but James was right on the case when we found another flat with a slightly higher mortgage. His communication is excellent and we have been constantly kept informed which is amazing being first time buyers as we didn't know what to expect. Absolutely 10/10 and thank you again James Berry!
