Feb 19,2022Laz and his team are absolutely off the top shelf in all regards. Ive had around 5 mortgage advisors over the years. All the same average service, all say the same things. Laz literally arranged a mortgage switched from one property to another within around 2 hours. This enabled us to bid on and buy a property via the modern auction method. ..I had no idea that was even possible.. Straight talking, no messing around. An estate agent friend of mine initially recommended Laz to me. His exact words were "this is the mortgage advisor with the highest success rate of approved mortgages that he knew of". He was exactly right!
