Jun 28,2019I've ordered from here two times now . I order from about 48 or so sites .(No Exaggeration) Lately I've been running into snags with some sites that I've used a lot . I'm still waiting on a order from a PM dealer out of Gainesville FL. I won't mention there name LOL but I placed the order on June 12th today is the 27th ? Another one that said they had QUALITY service again won't mention name but took 3 weeks for my order to ship ! Ordered from Monument Metals received it in less then a week .So while I'll be weeding out some sites Monument will see more orders . Not only are they quick the shipping dept. takes great care in packaging .So while some are floundering Monument is soaring. My only advice is keep doing what your doing ! Wish all a blessed day

I even had to return a bar after they insisted I do so to make it so because of some minor fingerprint issues ( Scottsdale 10 oz Stacker bar). They had a return postage paid shipping label in my E-mail within seconds and shipped a new bar in perfect condition in 2 days. Customer service at its best. Thank you Monument Metals
