Sep 29,2018Love the e-check option but takes around 2 weeks to get items using this function, worth it. Their items are reasonably priced, have made multiple purchases. Biggest draw back is there silver option are very limited most of there items show to be sold out.

Good deals, smooth website, very responsive support, genuine interaction with the community (including great Q&A discussions on Reddit to ask about the industry and how dealers operate). They accept eCheck and shipping is discreet. These guys really care about customers and it shows.

Aug 24,2018They had a good price on 100 oz bars, so I decided to try them out. It took about a week for them to process the order after paying with e-check, which is reasonable. The bar I received, an old Johnson Matthey bar, is very attractive and even has some pretty toning. I am very satisfied with this purchase and I will be adding Monument Metals to the list of online bullion dealers I will be ordering from in the future.

Aug 03,2018I've been happy with every order i have received from Monument Metals. All of their listings in my experience have been accurate and all of my orders have been correct and show up on time, and it shows they take customer satisfaction seriously when I find my order packaged very securely. They've even thrown in some air tight coin capsules for some of the larger bullion coin sizes where I've noticed some other vendors just ship with a soft plastic coin flip. I have never had to contact them about an order though I am confident if I did they would resolve the issue professionally. Lastly, their eCheck payment method is probably the biggest reason I would recommend Monument Metals. A lot of other companies require you to mail in a physical paper check to get the best price available which can take 2-3x as long to verify payment and to ship your order. As I and many others no longer use paper checks, Monument really steps up where others don't in offering easier and quicker methods to purchase precious metals. Thanks a lot.

Sep 29,2018Monument Metals has the best prices for junk silver. I compare, compare and compare before I buy and these guys are the best. I recently ordered $100 face bag of mercury dimes (at a great price and low premium). I paid by check so, sure, the entire transaction took about 2 weeks, but in the end I had a thousand beautiful dimes. I counted them too... yep, all 1000 of them. I would recommend Monument Metals to anyone that wants a great deal in precious metals. Thanks MM!
