May 23,2023Great + competitive prices. Good selection of products. Lots of pre-order & new items constantly. They are always trying to bring you new/good deals and new product options. The CEO/founder is active on Twitter, Reddit, and in general in the precious metals space. I used to shop at some of the other bigger names but have made all my purchases with Monument Metals for the last year or so and the prices & overall experience have been 1000x better. Highly recommend.

They beat that other so-called lowest price company by well over $1 per silver ounce minimum. Transactions were smooth, deliveries were free, fast, and discreet. This is the only company I will buy my silver and gold from. Also the only company I can personally reccomend to friends and family.

Apr 15,2023.My first order for Constitutional silver dimes placed 4/8/2023. A shipment date of 4/28 was indicated. I received it 4/13. I placed a second order 4/8 and UPS advises 4/16 delivery (this order was "Pre-Delivery 4/28). OUTSTANDING! I, really, liked the return address on the packaging, MM MACHINE PARTS. Apr 13,2023I place 3 different orders . The first one apparently got lost,and I’m still waiting for them to clear with FedEx for them to resend my order.more than two weeks already. Second order the box arrived broken.third one arrived with a broken both and the silver bars were supposed to be new and I got two old ones , now I have to contact them again to fix this issue.in every order out of the three I had a problem.I won’t buy from this company again.

Apr 13,2023Placed order for in stock item on April 3 bought more on April 8th which also said in stock at the time payment was immediately cleared after purchase as it was done with a card. It’s now April 12th and items are still in the shipping queue. Says 1-3 day shipping after payment clears. Now says they are out of stock have a feeling might be a while before see my items. Fingers crossed maybe they will ship soon. Updated: There was an understandable situation with a preorder being combined with this order they corrected the issue and shipped immediately. Great customer service, changing my review from one star to Five just on that fact alone. Thank you very much!
