Recently I made a minor mistake on an order I placed and contacted the company to potentially cancel my order so that I could re-enter my order correctly. MM quickly contacted me and handled the issue internally to my benefit and satisfaction.

Mar 21,2019I liked the deal they had for new customers. Although I felt the rounds were a bit average, they were at spot price. In addition, Jon from Monument Metals offered to change them if I wanted. I passed because they were at spot and I can't be too picky when purchasing at spot price. I wish I new about their e-check. I'm gonna have to order from them again and try their e-check method of payment.
