depuis longtemps je ne faisais pas des nuits complètes style 3h à 4h ou insomnies, depuis que j'ai moona mes nuits sont passées de 6h à 7h30 environ. je ne regrette pas cet achat et je recommande à tous pour des nuits bien reposantes ^_^

Use other retailers websites when going to purchase offering £5 off purchase, not knowing your signing up to a £29.99 monthly bill. When in reality the item costs you more by the charge so don't use offer if pops up.
Unhappy with the sneaky tactic to extort £29.99 monthly fees from a Dyslexic, vulnerable customer. Instead of a straightforward payment, Tower London (who I ordered from) work with Moona.com who have charged my partner £29.99 for the last few months as a Enrolment fee for a non-existing service. I am reporting the matter to the Advertising Standards Agency and recovering the fees from Moona.con through threats of legal action. If no reimbursement is made, I will seek to take the matter to a County Court. I have no doubt that Tower are using this payment gateway to earn extra revenue through commissions. When challenged, their customer service team was extremely unhelpful. My partner tried to purchase a hat, she accidentally ticked a box for a discount on the order and was entered into a recurring plan using the Card Details they took for the purchase of the actual item. *To all existing customers, I SUGGEST YOU CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS IMMEDIATELY AND AVOID TOWER LONDON.

For anyone who falls for their first payment of £29.99 unknowingly. They will refund it if informed. Still annoyed they effectively signed me up to a subscription without my knowledge. Just glad I noticed when I did. Customer services were very prompt, polite and professional when contacted so I’m sure if you do actually want to join this enterprise they will be nothing but helpful.
All my family members are using Moona, great opportunity to safe some money.

Absolute scam of a company. BEWARE. I checked out and ticked a box for £5 off. Nowhere did it say I was apparently signing up for £29.99 direct debit. Moona have been taking £29.99 out of my account without my consent. This company's whole structure is based on tricking people, because nowhere does it clearly say they will charge you this amount. I have contacted customer services and I was told I would hear within 48 hours, I didn't. So I contacted again and was told by the same person (James M) that I would 'definitely hear by 12pm the next day' I didn't. So the 3rd time I've contacted I was told I won't be refunded the first payment as 30 days have passed - but I didn't even know this money was being taken out of my account as I didn't sign up for that. I'm now being told it will be 5-10 days until I might hear from the billing department, but they are just telling me this to delay it and hope I might forget, as I've already been promised twice that I will hear and I haven't. Avoid this company, daylight robbery, unbelievable that this is happening. India Pearce
Absolute scam, seems to be set up to make money by covertly signing you up to some bs £30/month subscription service - I wouldnt buy any product that forces you to use these clowns to make the purchse, it cost you more than you bargained for

Following my negative review below I would like to add today I received a very prompt and personal response via a telephone call from a gentleman, who is I believe one of the proprietors of Moona. He gave a personal apology for my experience. He also noted that I had also been charged for 2 months membership, his honestly was admirable, as I hadn't noticed. He informed me that I would be refunded for both and true to his word I received both refunds within hours. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and to be honest shocked that this company responded so promptly and on such a personal level, as this is rare. Thank you Moona.

I accidently forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged for a month of service. I contacted the customer service team and they were so prompt and friendly at giving me a refund! I was so pleasantly surprised as I had recently had an issue with a much bigger company and a similar issue which the other company refused to help me with. Could not rate moona’s customer service team enough :)
My shopping and payment was fast and easy. It is highly recommended.
Very deceiving!!! There was no indication that I was setting up a direct debit of £30 a month whatsoever. I rang up cancelled, told I will have a refund in 5-10 working days, still no refund!!! Every time I ring I get lied to, the manager won’t ring me back, so unprofessional, definitely won’t recommend. People unless you want to sign up make sure you don’t as it’s an expensive mistake and caused me a lot of stress.
Quickly responded to my distress, refunded my payments. Read carefully the terms before proceeding.
