Dec 21,2021I bought 2 items for about £15 total and was offered a £5 introductory discount. I was not aware or agree i would be charged £29.99 per month. I did not receive any sort of a contract or reminder of any cancellation policy.

Dec 20,2021I joined this scheme by mistake when buying cheese from cheddar cheese company. When I raised this with Moona, they quickly replied, cancelled my membership and repaid the fee. They also let me keep the discount I unknowingly applied. If that’s the service you get when leaving, can only imagine it’s awesome when in the scheme too.

I have signed up a Membership with Moona Telling me it will cost me Less then £10.00 per Month paid in advance for 3 Months £29.99 After 2 Months they have recharged me £29.99 claiming that it was for 1 Month only! i still have the email with the offer. Customer service told me they are not aware of this offer!

Dec 17,2021SCAM COMPANY .. HIJACKED MY CARD DETAILS ON A LEGITIMATE SITE using a "Pay with visa get £5 off button" . It signed me up to their "club" without my knowledge with a £29.99 monthly membership fee. I only discovered what had happened when I found their email in my spam folder. The email was so odd and vague it got me suspicious. It mentions a club with sone benefits but doesn't actually say I've been made a member, and it makes absolutely no mention of the money they're going to be taking. All links in the email for further information fail so only by googling for their website did I find out what's happened. A "7-day free trail" again not mentioned in the email. There also wasn't a members area to log into on their site to confirm if I'm a member or confirm my details. Just a contract us phone number that wasn't answered. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD So effing angry. And angry with the legit company that's has also profited from promoting this as their card payment option. SCAM! UPDATE: I managed to get through on the phone. Moona said that they normally send 3 emails over a period of days and it's the 3rd email that explains the membership and payments ?????!!! They also argued that its the responsibility of the vendor to explain how Moona operate and it's not not their fault if it's not clear, even though it is Moona's transaction portal that collected my card details, signed me up, and sent it the emails. They were keen to cancel my "free trial" and get need of the phones, and after two attempts even managed to send a confirmation email. I really don't in understand why anyone would be willing to work for a company that blatantly relies on scam custom. I can only presume they have really low self esteem. Shameful company. Shameful staff.

Dec 13,2021What a complete SCAM this company should be ashamed of themselves, I bought something on line and on the sale it asked if i would like £5.00 discount to click the box. Little did i know that i had signed up to a Subscription and they STOLE £29;99 out of my account without any knowledge this was going to happen, Surprise Surprise you can not get any response from them, they send a generic cut and paste response via trust pilot. Shameful just Shameful.

Dec 12,2021UPDATE! I would just like to say that following an email to Moona customer services I would like to update my rating to 5 stars as they have now resolved this . Great quick customer services, and a great big thank you for resolving,?this very much appreciated i had not realised when making a purchase that i had brought in to a subscription! a very expensive mistake, i have been told by moona that i got multiple emails i received 2 both confirming my purchase, my fault that i did not read them properly, the partner organisations that you can use i have never heard of please be aware when making purchases, especially at this time of year when money is very tight!

Dec 12,2021Made an order at a company and got offered £5 discount on first order by paying through these. However 1 week later my bank contacted me to say there is a payment of £29.99 on my account to this Moona. I did not subscribe to this or authorise any payment to them. They had sent some emails about further discount but nowhere on the emails does it mention any recurring payments for 29.99. I thought that it was one of these sites if you go through them to the partner sites you get discount. Its not. I'm not sure if it illegal but it is very underhand. Full marks to my bank for raising the issue. Edit. Moona have sent an email confirming that no payment was taken (because it failed due to bank cancellation ), and my "membership" has been cancelled. I did still get the £5 discount though. Just be careful.
