Feb 10,2025They were ok just upset the time they took to get to me (2hrs) They need slightly to improve there communication and politeness over the phone and try to understand the next person is so worried and confused. Hands off the guy who came to recover my car, he was brilliant, recovered my car to garage and dropped me and my daughter, son home, THANKYOU

Feb 09,2025I am letting you know that i will not be using your services, I have rang my bank to stop the payment of £7:90,the reason is that you will not expect any password that i use, so i will try some other company that i will find it easy to set-up, also when i ring you up you don't get an person to speak to only a recorded message saying press 1 assistant or 2 if you have been in a accident, so i will no longer will be using your services.
