Jan 30,2025Horrendous horrendous company flat battery was apparently my fault so they won't attend... then later on when I paid for a new battery and it still wouldn't start still my fault because I told the guy they are taking the pi$$ when he first said they won't come out .....I'm a customer and entitled to be upset with such a poor service....and to not attend the second time and say it was my fault ...clearly this is a company that heavily targets staff to refuse breakdowns for any reason available ...this was a secondary breakdown I had as I already had rac but rac had taken too long in past but they attended with no issues...so my review is avoid avoid avoid this cowboy company and take note any reply is nonsense and to cover their tracks He even chuckled down the phone that I'd only paid £13 something as if it doesn't make me a customer ....that was much higher than their advert and whether I'm paying £13 or £1300 I expect exceptional service I've directed Call centres with 800 staff below me ..those two staff members should be sacked for their disgusting treatment and mocking and cocky tones Wow .....go rac every time They will come out with nonsense that it was my fault.....when I spoke to them I told them I didn't know how. Battery went flat and asked what could have caused it ...they then used my hypoetical suggestions as fact to get out of attending.. ....and telling someone they are taking the pi@@ is not swearing at them it' was a real skabby to speak to a customer and get out of attending, wjem I called back later they then used my hypothetical situation to get out or despite me having just replaced the battery then even used the littl4 swear word again You are a con service and employ cowboys , noone ahould ever ever use ur fake services
