Aug 23,2016I was very disappointed in your company due to a product that I ordered on August 12th at 9:30 in the morning on Friday that was specifically ordered 3-day priority and was not shipped until Monday the following week which caused me to have to drive 50 miles out of my way to go get the part and now I have a useless part that you ship that didn't arrive on time I called Chris who is in charge of this and he was no help at all he says yeah well we did what we were supposed to we got there within the time limit I didn't receive the product until Thursday in the afternoon the next week as I told Chris when I called and wanted to ask him about this problem I won't buy any more product from your company and he didn't seem to be too concerned about the whole situation so as far as I'm concerned I won't do business with your company again do to your opinion on what constitutes 3 Day priority and does the customers needs matter or is it just the company's perogative to disregard the customer. I thought your company had a mttol of shipping the same day if it was in stock Apparently that is not the case

Aug 23,2016I was able to find exactly the multi-channel garage door clicker model I needed for my apartment building. Local Hardware stores no longer carried this model and newer clickers didnt seem to want to work So I was glad to easily find the correct model among the many selections on the "Moving Up Garage Door" website. I ordered my clicker with expedited shipping and eventhough it look like there were weather delays in the area that the package shipped from, I was able to still get it in a few days. Pricing was great for the item. Even with fast shipping it cost less than a typical clicker at local stores. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will likely order additional spares from this vendor at a later date. I will also recommend the site to anyone looking for similar items.

Aug 21,2016I was surprised to see that the garage door stop molding came rolled up. Since I needed to cut to fit it was impossible to work with. I had to return the molding. It wasa not obvious that this is how it would be supplied and it should have been stated.

Aug 20,2016Ordered springs for my garage door, needed them fast. They provided same day shipping and I had my springs in 2 days. I paid for 2 day shipping but that cost and the spring cost was still cheaper then local pricing!
