Apr 16,2016I appreciate the initial help I got from Moving Up, but then when i couldn't get the second keypad programmed, and had sent several e-mails and left messages, I got no response. I finally called the manufacturer to find out out to program the unit.. I sent the second unit back in the return kit they supplied so that was nice.

Apr 16,2016I thought the receiver was bad in the gate opener but I ordered a receiver and transmitter just in case. the receiver fixed the probem but an extra transmitter is good in case. Fair price for all.

Since this pair of springs was for my son's garage door, it reminded me to order a set for my door and set them aside for when one of them fail. Since my door goes up/down more than 4 times a day, I know my days are numbered. Movng up got the job done. No trama, no drama.....
