Not only did they have the remotes, they were for a very reasonable price and were delivered to my door in three days. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction.

Jul 18,2016I ordered the part (pair of torsion springs) first thing in the morning on June 28. The part was not shipped till July 6. Every time I called to check on the order they said they had to check but would email me the status of the order. They did not call or email. It was a standard part. Very poor service. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have just gone to a local door company. I thought on-line shopping was suppose to be fast and easy?

However, the material was difficult to work with, and I would have appreciated some directions and suggestions on how to install it. By the same token, a better explanation on the website would have been helpful in making a decision about buying.

Jul 16,2016The original came out very quickly. I cleaned the tracks with a wire brush and used a toothbrush to coat the tracks with liquid soap. Installation was very difficult and with the help of another person it still took over an hour to feed and pull the new one on. It was a few inches at a time on a 16 foot door. Not a fun experience. I only saw one size on the product information when I ordered. Perhaps I missed something.

Jul 29,2016I recently had a blowout on one of my garage door spings. I'm 59 and I highly recommend you to get someone to help you if your door is 18' by 8' and insulated. ( I managed it alone at a slim 220 lbs, barely). However, the company made it look easy, and the procedure is also. The weight and torsion of the large springs should not be overlooked!!! Safety first people. Thanks for all your help and I saved hundreds!!!
