Dec 09,2017I ordered "BRAND NEW" and got broken used! I ordered a "BRAND NEW" Samsung Rugby 4 and got a used scratched up phone that I have to replace. The speaker phone does not work, the ear speaker is blown and bottoms out, the back cover is broken, dirt and grime in both corners and ear piece perforation's, and missing pieces listed as in the package' ie. headphone adapter " so i cant even use earbuds to overcome the broken speakers. customer service is unresponsive and unavailable. I regret purchasing from Mr. Aberthon

Sep 10,2017Great Customer Service!!! This was my first order with Mr Aberthon and I was impressed that my order arrived a couple days sooner then expected. I ended up having an issue with the unit I received and had to send it back, but the return was quick and painless. They issued a prepaid return label no hassle, I returned the unit and about a week after sending it back received the replacement!! Works Great!! Definitely a Five Star experience with Mr Aberthon!!

Sep 06,2017These guys are fantastic! I was too tied up to check out my cell phone right after it arrived. When I did get to it, it wouldn't turn on or charge and I was a few days out of the return period. :( I emailed them and Noah Palmer replied instantly. He said, "Don't worry, we'll fix this." He thought it could be the battery so he mailed me one immediately. It worked! I intend to do business with these guys whenever I can.
