Feb 18,2017I needed a 3g phone as 2g service was being discontinued. I use the phone rarely so I do not need a "fancy" phone but I do want one that is "reliable" and "simple" to use. I was able to find what I wanted from Mr Aberthon.

Feb 18,2017One was mint condition, the other had a scratch, and when I pointed it out to them, they responded quickly and gave me options - keep at discount, return for refund or exchange. I took the discount, which made the already good deal even better. Phones work perfectly, and the scratch would likely have happened sooner or later anyway. Even though the experience wasn't 100%, I refuse to reduce the rating, because of the excellent customer service. Hiccups happen.

Feb 18,2017We order a Samsung Rugby flip phone and received the smart phone instead. My husband is not a smart phone type of man so we return the phone after we emailed Mr Aberthon. They sent the correct phone overnight and didn't charge us for the shipping. We recommend Mr. ABERTHON and will consider buying more phones from them. Customer service was really helpful and we appreciated that.

Feb 18,2017I have personally used Mr Aberthon for the second time now - this time was for my son who travels often - 3 of my colleagues have used Mr Aberthon too. The quality of the internet connection is so strong it blows other hotspots out of the market. I bought the Netgear Unite Explore for $199 and can say every dollar was worth it. The annoyance of dotty internet when i need to work, or call via my computer - using my business VOIP lines is beyond intolerable - and i am so glad that is over since i found Mr Aberthon. Instead of sitting for 3hrs trying to load a page for an urgent task - i get 3hrs of solid work done. In summary - if you value your time, and want a strong reliable internet connection, Mr Aberthon can send you an unlocked, reliable, Universal Hotspot. I rarely post a review but for this Hotspot i felt compelled to. Thanks Again. David.K
