Feb 11,2017My wife and I (in our 60's) purchased two new never used Samsung S4 Minis and we made a good choice. The price was great as is the size and feel of the phone.The learning curve with Android for two non-techies was good. I recommend communicating with the staff (our contact was Noach who was very helpful) so you can get the exact product you want (new not used vrs like new used etc). Noach answered our questions directly and efficiently. We had a charging issue with one of the phones and they exchanged it quickly with no hassle.

Feb 11,2017I love my new Samsung Rugby4 cellphone...I replaced my IPHONE which never worked at home...never told me I missed a call....never told me I had a voicemail....The IPHONE does not work if you're using WIFI connection at home....My Samsung Rugby4 has worked everyday....every time....even in the desert far away from any cell tower.....Thank You Mr. Aberthon for carrying such a great product and for your excellent shipping to me....I received this phone which was Unlocked AT&T...AT&T sent me a micro sim card at no charge and my phone has worked excellently ever since......I set it up for talk/text only so no DATA charges......

The only thing that could have improved the experience is a bit more information provided on what setting was required to have it connect to my providers network. One phone call fixed this and I received prompt assistance. Overall very satisfied.
