Feb 12,2017It is an operable like new smartphone. The website is a little misleading by telling people these phones are brand new. Also my front face camera does not work and the 14 day return policy is a very small window for someone to get to a post office to deal with the hassle of an exchange.

The product came very quickly was packaged well and worked as advertised once the T-mobile Cell information was added. I would highly recommend this supplier as reliable, communicative and with reasonable pricing.
