Jul 25,2017Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to return the phone. Mr Aberthon made it simple and answered all the questions I had. They returned my money promptly. When I do find that I need a new phone, I will certainly return. Thanks again to the staff.

Jul 24,2017Ordered the Rugby 4 and it arrived promptly. However, it wouldn't read the Sim card purchased for it. Contacted Mr. Aberthon requesting a return call to see if the problem was on our end or the phones. Mr. Aberthon did return our call promptly. They sent a return label/ packaging plus a replacement Rugby4. All is well with this one. They made the experience of purchasing on line fast and easy. The customer service( Noah) was wonderful.!!!!😊 What could have been a bad experience ended up great. Thank you Mr. Aberthon for remembering people are people and not just a number or another order. I pray you keep up the good service. Blessings to you.

May 22,2017My complete honest experience with Mr Aberthon was this: I never purchased an unlocked phone before and wasn't really sure about what I should look for and whom to trust. I stumbled upon Mr. A and while I was teetering on the fence about purchasing the Galaxy s3, I saw their trusted guarantee and felt comfortable and relieved by it. Long story short, the phone I got ended up not working out for me, however Mr. A was nothing short of courteous, responsive, and willing to help, until my final decision was to just return the phone. They gave me my full refund without giving me a hard time or anything of that nature. I highly recommend them!

May 09,2017Buying a mobile hotspot is just a minefield, with some stores providing no information at all, but Mr Aberthon is just so different. All the information about the products is here, and there's a bit of humor thrown in as well! I chose my product and it arrived really quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'll be back to them when I'm renewing my smartphone!

Mar 22,2017I must admit I was a bit nervous going outside of my comfort zone..(Amazon). I decided its time to slow down and learn how to talk to people again....so on the hunt for a specific rugged flip phone i once had. Samsung Rugby. I thought it would be easy to find but not so. Came across this site and lo and behold ...Brand New 4g Rugby under $100. Other sites had used ones for that price. Ordered it and love it!!!! Just cause its a flip doesnt mean it needs to look like a flop.. Good choice on carrying this phone.. Free and fast shipping !!! Thanks

Mar 21,2017Got my hotspot in a generic white box. Perhaps the only element of the original packaging was the plastic sheet on the hotspot screen. The additional cable for charging an external phone, listed in the manual as an included item, is absent. Order had to be placed twice because vendor would not accept any of my credit cards directly - seems paypal is really the only option. Checkout took 45 minutes by the time I added another card to paypal. Free shipping was worth what I paid for it - over a week elapsed between CT and DE.

Mar 01,2017I bought a Samsung Rugby 2 from Mr. Aberthon. The speaker failed while on vacation and I had to purchase another cell phone. I contacted Mr. Aberthon and was able to come up with a settlement that was fair for both of us. I would definitely use their web site for future purchases.

Aug 13,2017Worst experience buying a phone! Purchased Samsung 5 Active in late July. Paid for overnight shipment, but received the phone 5 days late. Basically told by company that shipping was not their problem. (And was not sent tracking information until 4 days after purchase.) HARD time believing the phone was new--it COMPLETELY malfunctioned within the first week--glitching; freezing; half of screen blacking out; keyboard non-responsive then typed random letters vs what I was typing; apps would repeatedly close unexpectantly; could not be heard on my calls. Was initially excited about finding what appeared to be such a great company (based on their reviews), but now question the integrity of their products. Returned phone and requested full refund.
