Dec 31,2021My order was not delivered and I have messaged Mr Kimchi twice now, with no reply. I guess that's £20.00 down the drain! Won't be using Mr Kimchi again. Shame really, because the product is great, but really needs a better process in place for when something goes wrong.

Dec 21,2021EDIT: following another email, Mr Kimchi have responded and another parcel of 4 will be arriving tomorrow. With a full apology this has renewed my high expectations that Mr.Kimchi are renowned for, many thanks I have emailed separately but no response received. Item ordered and delivery expected Tuesday 14th Dec. Then notified would be Wednesday. Delivery not attempted CCTV shows no visit from DPD. Eventually delivered early afternoon Thursday. Ice pack warm and defrosted. We now have 4 jars of Kimchi that we cannot eat, or give as gifts. Over £20 wasted. Initial order we had in the summer was great, but very disappointed this time. Please refund or resend FRESH Kimchi delivered on time.

Dec 09,2021Delicious kimchi. A lot of kimchi in the UK isn’t properly spiced or doesn’t have that kick that you want from good kimchi. Being able to control the level of tangy fermentation is a bonus too. Definitely recommended!
