Had a question on a course & had a little trouble signing up for the right package, switch to live agent and was able to effectively communicate the problem and the live agent Steven quickly identified and resolved the problem.
I see My-CPE LLC a great provider of the courses at a very reasonable cost. The templates showing courses taken up are presented nicely and updated momentarily. issuance of certificates and And I see positive approach in providing service whenever required. I just experienced two glitches in back to back days. The first, after watching an 8 credit Live Webinar, and missing at most one of twenty+ poll questions, I did not receive an evaluation email and the course was placed under Poll Missed. Second, I watched just over 5 hours of a 5:20 long On Demand Webinar. When I logged back in the next morning to watch the final 15 minutes and to take the final quiz, it started me back at the beginning. The first issue was resolved via email, the second via chat support. While frustrated that the original issues occurred, I am very satisfied with the resolution. The great customer service has restored my faith in my-cpe.

I’m an intermediate at worst Excel user. Some techniques were useful and some helpfully reinforced what I already knew in an engaging manner
I needed 35 credits in one month and the unlimited package was incredible. I did them all and the courses were actually meaningful and helped me immediately with client needs. I feel like I was drinking out of a fire hydrant yet courses I had a professional interest in taking.
