Victor and George helped me out quickly and easily. They listened attentively. Their accuracy in receiving/repeating back postal codes and numbers over the phone was perfect in both cases. They used the phonetic alphabet for clarity. George did not overcharge me but gave 2 or 3 solutions that I was able to decide on. What happened was: I made an error booking my flight. I booked the wrong one. As soon as I recognized my mistake, I called and George called his superior right away to cancel the flight I'd just booked. While we were still on the phone booking the correct flight for me, Victor called leaving an urgent message. It was to tell me my flight was cancelled and was there anything else he could do for me. Wow! Talk about lightning-fast customer service! He shared he'd just gotten a call from one of his superiors to cancel the flight so that's what he needed me to confirm - which one to cancel. I spoke with a few different agents and they seemed very busy and not helpful but when Sabby Picked up my call she was amazing and worked very hard to try and fix my flight dates and when that wasn’t possible she then helped me get my money refunded. This makes me want to use your website again to make my next airline purchase because of her type of service. Thank you Sabby for caring about people and doing an amazing job!!

Dec 20,2019I booked a flight and when I called to confirm, I was told I would be receiving my etickets in my email box in ten minutes. After waiting hours, I called the airline and was told my reservation was never completed by myflightsearch.com. I called back and when I told Clint or Quint that my flight was never booked and he lied to me, he then stated it was cancelled. He said I was sent an email the day after I booked with a cancellation notice but that was another lie because I never received such an email. My bank account was drawn the fare for my daughter and I yet the fare was never booked. This has all taken place 13 hours before the flight was set to depart and during Christmas week when we are trying to fly home to be with family. How awful this company is.. Lied to twice and hung up on twice... I am waiting on an explanation and a refund..Will follow up.FOLLOW UP..I did receive a call from supervisor Victor. He stated he would refund me my mo ey and reimburse me for the flight fare I was forced to book as a result.of their abrupt and non notification cancellation. Viktor asked that I send him screen shots of my ticket and costs. I sent a copy of my boarding pass, a copy of the baggage claim cost of $30 and a screen shot of my itinerary for new flight which showed the cost I incurred. To date, I have received my refund but was told they are no longer considering any reimbursement. More lip service from an ineffective company. I dont appreciate going out of my way to track and upload the documents that Victor requested and then being told it was all for not.. I will now go to the next level with my grievance.. I will continue to.follow up and add to this post.
