Do NOT use this company to Book ANYTHING!! I booked what I thought were 3 round trips to LA in mid November for a December 26th flight. I received confirmation email that my flights were were booked. My credit card was charged instantly for the 3 flights. Flash forward to 4 days before my departure. I called their customer service number and was told that I would receive my boarding passes within 24 hours. I waited 26 hours and no boarding passes. Called again and was told not to worry because they would email boarding passes by the end of the day. Checked my email the following morning and still no boarding passes. Called AGAIN and was told that there were no seats available on the plane. This is the day before departure and I have no tickets. I have non-refundable hotel reservations, auto reservations, tickets to Disneyland and other activities planned. I ended up having to book last minute flights with United but at a cost of an additional $1,000. I will never use this web site again and I urge everyone else to think long and hard before you book anything through them .
Don't use this company. They do a bait and switch.I booked a flight a month ago. They called and said I could not get that flight but could book a more expensive flight. I needed a flight so I went ahead. I found out I could get the flight cheaper from the airlines, I asked them to cancel. They do not like to cancel once you have booked they refused to help me...... beware it is not a good experiance.
DEVIOUS, DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST Practices in Operations. I made an early flight reservation in April 2019 with MyFlightSearch for a return flight from Vancouver to Cabo san Lucas - Leav YVR on 12/16-2019 at 06:00 and Rtrn on SJD 12/27-2019 at 15:15 arriving at YVR on 12/28-2019 at 00:03 (AM). This reservation was booked initially with WestJet and it met our time schedules. The booking was then changed to Air Canada which did not meet our time schedule. They or Air Canada then made several changes to the booking to other times for the return trip from Los Cabos. These changes did not meet our time schedule, ultimately scheduling the return flight to Dec. 25 at 13:25 and arriving in Vancouver on Dec. 28 at an unspecified time. MyFlightSearch agreed that this was unacceptable and agreed to cancel the flight arrangements for a full refund. They did not get me the full refund nor any refund at all. They perform Devious, Deceptive, Dishonest practices. This operator should be banned from doing any business - online of offline. I Wonder if US/Nevada laws prohibit, monitor and prosecute such deceptive business practices.
Only transaction online I have have encountered where I had to send pics of my ID and credit card . They didn't send the request for info for 2.5 hours . I didn't get it until 5 hours later and by then , it was too late . Further reviews I have read have me thanking my luck the transaction was incomplete . I just finished buying through the airline direct without any issue or myflightsearch bs . I will shop elsewhere , something about this company isn't right
These people are a SCAM, booked a flight on oct. 4th got to the airport just to be turned away because flight was never booked. called and emailed customer service over seven times just to be placed on hold or given some excuse about why they haven't refunded my money back. The only option you have with theses people or legal actions. do not book anything with theses people, you will regret it.
Complete scam booked a flight from abbortsford to Calgary only to show up and be told they didn’t pay the airline all though they charged me for the flight and as a result it my ticket was canceled now being told they will refund me after 2 billing cycles possibly and I’ve read all the other reviews of how they scammed people!!! Completely unacceptable, full of excuses and the letter they sent implies they are doing me a favor cancelling the booking as agreed??? As agreed?? You didn’t even pay for it!!! and Sam who told me it would be handled and call me back 100 percent After 2 hrs never bothered. I’ll be filing complaints with flair and visa , completely unbelievable Update: I finally spoke to the only honest person in the call center Janet who told me first off never leave messages as they don’t actually listen to them 2nd of all the person booking my ticket on there end didn’t enter my info correctly and that’s why Flair cancelled my ticket ??!! In all this no one bothered to tell me in 2 weeks???!!! Supervisors don’t work weekends and now I’m assured they will call me .... I told them tell the supervisor I want my extra expenses of $300 covered ... let’s see how that goes In the end these guys are completely untrustworthy as a company , lie after lie after bs ... not sure what the truth is at this point but all comes back to DONT USE THEM.... horrible experience

I was very upset that I had paid so much for my very first flight ever and it got canceled last minute but thankfully I had a nice man by the name victor who insured me a flight the same date I had originally planned he was very kind and informative thank you so much for not letting my experience become a bad one!
0 stars. Booked a flight , received and Email the next day saying there was a glitch in their system and they would be reimbursing my money in the next 5 to 7 days. Here I sit writing this review still waiting for my money 40 days later. I Call them and receive the same answer every time, they’ve contacted there team to issue the refund. I would never use this company and highly recommend everyone else to stay away. SCAM, THIEVES.

This company doesn't deserve anybody's time to review them. The most disgraceful, unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I booked a flight over a month ago .and they were quick to take my money straight away and offered a "booking confirmation email" in that email it was communicated I would receive an additional email with an "E-ticket". I never received one and checked the other day (2 days before my flight). I called them and was told "they didn't know, they can't do anything, the guy said his manager was called "Nick Jonas" trying to make a joke out of the situation, then hung up. I called again today to be told my E-ticket would be sent out at 2 pm which never got sent. I then called them again tonight and got customer service rep "Steve". Who kept me on the phone for 45 mins, dodging my questions, speaking in circles, ignoring me then asked "hello, hello is anybody there when he could hear me" I was then told that the seat I paid for was gone. So there original "confirmation email" was a straight-up lie. The representative "steve" told me to relax on the phone and constantly spoke over me. I'm not sure If he thought he was the customer or am I the customer. furthermore, he then complained, "I was keeping him too long on the phone" over the mess this Scamming company created. They steal people's money, lie, and scam. Not only can I not get on my flight now, I cannot afford the skyrocketing prices I would need to pay for a new flight two days before I am supposed to fly out. Not only will they be receiving a letter from my lawyer but also being reported to the authorities for stealing people's money and scamming people..
I booked my flights for me and my sisters to the Philippines for an emergency flight since my father passed away a few days before Christmas Day. I received a confirmation email a little later that Friday evening that Flight Search needed a copy of my credit card and license, in order to process the payment, which is weird to me now but back then... I just did it because I needed to get to my mom. Sent to them right away & never received an email back or a response after leaving a message on their “24/7” (per email) customer service line a couple of times. I had to be sure that our flights for Sunday were confirmed, otherwise, I needed to find another flight for us quickly. I called them again the next day on Saturday 3 times with a promise that I would get my tickets via email in 15 minutes on the last call, only to get an email response that they couldn’t book it. NEVER will I use this site again.
First, let me say the other review I posted was after 36 hours of frustration. One part was my fault (1 hour) the other was poor customer service. However, after posting a VERY Negative review, their customer supervisor (Victor) called me. I reviewed the whole situation with him. He conceded their were issues that would be addressed. Victor was friendly, let me air my grievances without interruption, and handled the entire situation with professionalism. The only reason they will not get 5 Stars is the other 36 hours I endured. If you have ANY issues, call the 888-200 number and ask for Victor straight away. He will get things done and treat you like you should be treated.

Never ever book a flight with MyFlightsearch they will cancel your tickets booked months in advance, and the only thing you get from them is a cold and illegitimate "sorry" from their customer service. Now only tickets are more than twice as much. Ridiculous

Jan 05,2020Worst experience ever booking flights. 3 of 4 flights had time changes which I was not informed of. When I called to ask about itinerary, the rep could not find my booking and I had to inquire with the airline. Many calls and emails later, I still don't have an updated itinerary. The return flight time no longer works to make my last flight home and I've missed a tour connection on my first day. I had been told repeatedly they were sending updated information but I was again sent my old itinerary 1 day before the flight. Customer reps are pleasant on the phone but I've had to make multiple calls and emails to get any response.Clearly the Myflightsearch system doesn't do well offering assistance to customers. Update: I've now been sent the correct itinerary and an offer of $50 off my next ticket. I won't be accepting the offer.
