We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. 5+star rating...They actually exceeded my expectations. I ordered this on Thursday afternoon and arrived Friday morning. The quality of the product is spot on, better than the pictures online. Even the packaging is of a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Made up with our new radiator cover it looks really classy and finishes room off. Good communication from My Furniture and delivery was quick. Only slight complaint is that the instructions of how to wall mount the cover could’ve been better. Luckily there is a video demonstration on the website but it defo wasn’t as easy to do as the man on the video made it look.

The test of a company is when things don't quite go right. In this case the item we bought had a manufacturing defect. My Furniture customer service was excellent, offering a refund or replacement and when we asked for a replacement, assembling it before despatch to ensure the same fault wasn't present. Delivery and collection were prompt (and no cost). Would definitley use them again.

Still not received goods. 3/11 still no refund received. Disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would. Spoken to supplier on phone 3/11, who confirmed that they hadn't issued the initial refund due to not being processed by the finance team. The refund is now showing but still need to wait til 7/11, and only for the fourth time of having to chase. You can not rely on marketing alone, good customer service is what makes you unique, something that is clearly lacking with this company. Will not be using them again. You are very quick to reply to your reviews, shame you do not extend that to your customers after taking their money.

I contacted My Furniture to enquire about a dressing table stool. Chan Nishan replied to me very politely and explained that it had actually been discontinued, however as a one-off I would be able to order one - made especially for me. I couldn’t believe it! Chan sent out some fabric testers immediately and then processed my order - he kept me fully informed at every step of the process. My stool arrived last week and it’s absolutely beautiful (perfect in fact!). I cried when I saw it. I received absolutely outstanding service from Chan - he’s amazing and I would like to thank him so much! I will be a returning customer and of course will be sharing my wonderful experience with all my family and friends too. Thank you so much Chan! I’m delighted with my purchase!
