Oct 12,2023Ordered a side board table with draws at a cost of £1300. After waiting nearly two weeks for the item to arrive it came in an unbelievable standard. The doors didn’t close, the handles on the door didn’t line up and worst of all the unit was so poorly manufactured. Scratches and just a diabolical finish! It really did look like it had been pulled from the warehouse to my house by a rope attached to the rear of the van! Very very disappointing as all other items I have previously ordered have been fantastic! My furniture to there credit have been very helpful in processing a return (refund not yet received) but it has left me very hesitant in placing another order with them.

Oct 09,2023Purchased a Mason mirrored console table. Due to building work taking several months longer than we ever anticipated we were not able to make it up until several months after purchasing it, as we couldn't store it if it was made up, only to find when making it up that the product had been sent faulty/damaged on the drawer runner and they are refusing to replace it. Very upset and disappointed as normally found them good to work with, now have got a console table that virtually unusable and wasted all my money. Updated Note - to my furniture's reply - It was opened and checked when delivered for any obvious visible damage as recommended, but then left safely in the box until we had the room ready to make it up. The fault is only found when you make it up (which we couldnt do before we had somewhere safe to put it) and take the wrap off and find the drawer box is not connected to the drawer runner as the drawer box is faulty. Surprised it passed quality control (if there is one) as you can see the drawer doesn't fit/line up from the front

Oct 05,2023I bought LED mirror from this company, it was battery powered (about 8 AA batteries). The light stopped working after a week and after I put another 8 batteries in it worked for another week. I am not willing to buy 8 new batteries on a weekly basis so I can have lit mirror for an hour a day. Very bad quality. Would not buy again.
