We deliver most items within 2 working days, but heavier and bespoke ones can take a bit longer. We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. I loved how I could see the Anastassia Glass Radiator Cover costing £399 before purchase by receiving a pre arranged whatsapp video. Product arrived on time and perfectly packaged. Only thing I could fault was advertised as FREE delivery but on checkout I was charged £80, however on contacting My Furniture direct they reduced it to £40.

I have still not received my purchse. It may be the fault of pacelforce however I have now taken 2 days off work to accept delivery and it has not turned up. Neither did they leave a card through my door to say they had attempted to deliver as they said they had. I rang My furniture who say there is nothing they can do. Disappointing!

Fabulous great service. Apart from the shipping cost, even though I’m Apparently UK but because I live in NI.. the water separated Mainland UK to NI- shipping was in the excess of £100 plus .. however I love my purchase

This is the fourth time we have bought items from My Furniture and each time the service has been exceptional. (which is quite rare with a lot of companies these days). This most recent order was just as good with fabulous communication from the start by email and text and through to delivery where we received a call from the drivers 30 minutes before their arrival. The returns process for the items we had over ordered was equally as efficient with excellent service from Michael. The products are great value for money and we will continue to purchase from them.
