Nov 20,2023Really quick to supply the armchair, and swift and efficient delivery service. Very good value for money, and is exactly what we needed. It is firm and quite high to sit on, but we wanted that. Easy to assemble the legs with instructions though one screw was missing, but easy to sort that. It seems robust. Only quibble is that it looked a bit darker in the picture and is more of a lemon yellow than a mustard yellow than I had anticipated, but we can live with that, given all the other plus points.

Nov 18,2023We just started refurbishing our 2 story town house this October and are in awe of this company. Very glad I stumbled on them via a random goggle search looking for new furniture. Once I'd found this company I was still somewhat sceptical at first as I had never heard of My Furniture before. I carried out the standard background checks, as you do then went ahead and placed my first small order then waited eagerly for my delivery of mirror tiles and mirrored shelves to arrive. Well, I was not disappointed! Gorgeous furniture, exquisite. On the day the delivery men arrived promptly in a large My Furniture van which ticked all my boxes with all my goods in tacked and expertly packed. They were both polite, professional and friendly too. I must also say their customer service team have been impeccable, very helpful. When I ring; My Furniture they always answer the phone promptly (a rare service these days one that even large companies fail to offer instead opting for email contact with their customers). Chan has been outstanding and has dealt with my concerns thus putting me at ease. I even had a video call of the showroom with a female member of staff (sorry I forgot your name) who showed me my furniture and possible layouts before it even arrived. They arranged for the return of one of the dining chairs I'd purchased from 5 chairs to 4 which went very smoothly with frequent live updates and communications via their neat online return portal which I think is excellent! Needless to say I have made more than one online purchase now as well as a telephone order with payment taken through Paypal. As we continue the refurbishment of our entire home My Furniture is firmly at the top of our list as our new go to furniture store. I definitely recommend My Furniture. Thank you all :)

Nov 26,2023From start to finish ordering furniture from My Furniture has been a pleasure. I dealt with Chan throughout when ordering some bar stools. When they arrived the colour wasn’t quite right, so I arranged for a collection whilst ordering a further 4 stools in a different colour. The stools are great quality, colour is perfect and the refund for the original stools was paid back in to my account. Thank you Chan for your patience in helping me and also for sending down the colour fabric!! Will definitely be ordering future furniture from My Furniture. 🙂
