We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. May 16,2023Very disappointing service. Bought an armchair that broke on first use and was advised we had to source a suitable package to return before any refund, they would not supply packaging. So, ordered a new armchair to replace the broken one and to source packaging to return the broken item only to find that one of the chair legs is shorter than the others so the armchair is unstable and unusable.Asked to supply photos rather than just deal with another mess up in a way that focused on the buyer experience.

I found My Furniture through a search for radiator covers, and was happy to see an item I liked. What a wonderful product it is, at a great price. Very quick, efficient delivery. And the customer service people are top notch. If you ever need a radiator cover, start with this firm. You won't be disappointed.

May 10,2023Easy to order the item I wanted and delivery quick. Thus far, the item (a lounge chair) appears to be of good value. Only had it for four hours. The instructions were not all that clear on how to attach the legs (yes I know, only legs to attach) but I'm not too good at this sort of work being 70 years old. However, I did eventually manage it.
