All in all he made our break to Krakow enjoyable, we would definitely contact him again if we decided to book another short break away.

But he was very good and very helpful in alot of ways. His name was Kevin. He is very good with his job and will not hesitate to contact him again if I have another planned trip.

Jul 08,2023I looked to book a holiday after seeing an ad on Facebook. I was sceptical at first as have been disappointed with Facebook products before but I needn't have been worried. Kevin, the customer service assistant was very helpful. He provided me with a very reasonable quote and changed it immediately when fights didn't suit. He replied quickly and couldn't do enough to help. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately my situation has changed and I am now unable to go on holiday but as soon as my situation allows I will be back in touch with Kevin to book another holiday.

All of our conversations have been via messenger but they have been prompt, courteous. I would definitely recommend Kevin and my holiday guide and look forward to future bookings with them
